Stopped in for an unplanned visit and had an amazing time. We started by tasting wines. Not being a big wine drinker, I was a bit worried. Instead of a snobby wine experience, I found an incredibly knowledgeable intern working the bar who took time to explain the wines and why they tasted the way they did. She poured things based on how well we liked what she offered, and I didnt taste one single thing I didnt enjoy. I also found new favorites Ill buy when I see them on my shelf here at home. Kudos to a wonderful staff and a great (FREE) experience. Well worth the drive from the interstate. Maybe not as much "theatre" at this winery, but they make up for lack of chalets with great staff and amazing wine.

This is a working, modern bottling operation, so dont expect to be poured a glass from wooden kegs. The staff were very friendly and really knew the retail side of the operation and the characteristics of the finished product. They produce a very wide array of products; almost every palate will be satisfied with something. A unique aspect of this particular winery is the production of very high quality muscadine wines. The staff are very helpful, and tolerate lots of questions from home wine makers. They also sell vines if you want to start your own mini-vineyard at home.

I just got back from Arkansas and I cant wait to go back and visit the Post Familie Winery again. The wines were delicious, the employees were friendly and VERY helpful. They even offered my daughter some of their devine grape juice. This experience made my trip to Arkansas a trip to remember. The shop is adorable and they even explained, and let us taste, a muskadine. The staff gave me great advice and answered all my questions. They really know their grapes!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The atmosphere when you walk in is more like walking into a retail store/ Liquor store. Had it not been for this, this definitely wouldve been given 5 Stars. I am not sure of the young ladies name that took us on the tour, but she was very knowledgeable in how things worked. I wish we wouldve been able to see it all in action, unfortunately it appears on the weekends that this does not occur. The wine tasting was very good and we left with a few bottles of wine and some excellent grape juice.

After visiting another "Winery" with less than stellar customer service, we decided to try Post. We were VERY impressed! We were greeted immediately and the staff was very helpful. The gift shop and facilities were clean, organized and arranged well. We would recommend Post to anyone visiting the area. Spend a couple extra minutes and pass by the other one with the RV park (it wasnt worth the time it took to stop).

A great place to stop and try some different wines and be educated thoroughly on the tour as the guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question! Also, they did not skimp on the taste testing AT ALL!! You got to try 5 different wines and they poured more in the glass than just a sip, they actually gave you enough to make a decision on whether youll like that particular wine!!!

Wonderful tour guide Lee took us through the facility and gave us great information on the family, the winery and the wine. Got to taste a couple right out of the tanks. Plenty of staff on a Saturday to greet everyone and answer questions. The blackberry cobbler was delicious. We plan to go back during the week and learn more about wine and food pairings from Lee.

When returning from Oklahoma to Florida I stopped at Post and purchased a bottle of White Muscadine wine. My regret is I did not purchase several. If you like a sweet wine, and I do, this is wonderful. When you taste the wine you can almost feel the grape itself in you mouth. I believe this is the equal of any vineyard anywhere.

Best wine in the area! They took us on a tour and we were able to taste grapes that had just been harvested (Sept)! We got to see the machines that separate the vines from the grapes, the grapes sucked into a machine, stomped?, and poured into a vat that held 4120 gallons of juice! Amazing!

This was a wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly and talkative and tailored the tasting to our feedback. The muscodine is to die for!! By far the best winery in the area.
