Ive only been to two dances so far at Colvin Run Dance Hall, a tango and ballroom, and both times have had an amazing time with extremely friendly people. I live in Reston and only knew a few people that danced there, but was immediately welcomed in and made to feel comfortable. They have light snacks and soft drinks and a few side tables for when you want to sit a dance out. There were some great dancers there, but also plenty of dancers that were not as great, like myself. I highly recommend going to Colvin Run for a nice night out, whatever style of dance you prefer.

This has been my dance venue for years, and it has always remained consistent in their great ballroom music (sometimes bands and sometimes DJs), friendly, warm people, and professional dance instructors, all in a beautiful, charming historic dance hall, with a 1200 sq.ft. sprung oak dance floor! It doesnt get much better than that!!

Started dancing at Colvin Run six years ago and just love it! The music is great, the dance floor is wonderful and the people are so friendly! The hall is a historic and quaint little gem tucked into the Virginia countryside. A real must see!
