I saw Pentatonix here in March with VIP seats. Staff was extremely rude and did not provide the amenities such as a VIP room that we had been promised. Instead we were forced to sit on the floor in the Merch area. It was a standing room only show and I was close, and sound was decent for the a cappella style. Most disappointing was that security was strict when meeting the band so I did not get any pictures. I also went to wait after the show and meet the band by the bus but security was extremely rude and made us leave when the band actually came out later to meet everyone. Disappointed in this staff and I hope that when the venue changes hands that they will change event staff as well.

I graduated here on June 6, 2015. The security team were very rude. Lets just say a disabled person tried to use the bathroom which is on the other side of the door. A security official said "Get your hand off the door!" And tried telling them that only the disabled person was allowed in, when they need help from their mother. The whole security team were rude and they kept rushing me out of the building. The venue was pretty nice, but the security personnel were just rude. I dont know if they were having a rough day, but they needed to CALM DOWN.

I came here with my father who was in a wheelchair. I spoke to box office and the usher and they said that for a wheelchair only needed a seat ticket and we can put the wheelchair by a "portal." Midway into the basketball game I was told by a supervisor that the usher was wrong and that I was lying about box office giving me that information. The staff here is not great when dealing with people with accessibility issues and I dont reccommend coming here if you need special assistance.

If you are going here, dont EVER buy seats in sections 105 0r 106 in the first couple of rows because you will be spending money on an obstructed view (which they dont bother to tell you about). After spending close to 200 dollars on Cirque de Soliel tickets for our anniversary only to find out that would couldnt see most of the show was VERY disappointing and I know that others felt the same way. Thank goodness it wasnt sold out so we could move and were able to see the show.

Its a cavernous, nondescript arena capable of sitting/housing around 10K spectators. With generic, nondescript architecture suggesting that it was built in the late 1980s (which it was). On an exploding, nondescript college campus (with identity issues) in suburban Northern Virginia. Not much else to say except that only the most die hard George Mason basketball fan would agree that this is a GREAT place to convene for any type of sporting event. #UGH

Living nearby is a plus, so I find the arena very convenient. Mutiple entrances and exits, plus staff guiding drivers, make it easy to get in amd out. This arena actually has free parking too! There is not a bad seat in the house so no need to buy the more expensive seats. Foos choices pretty good. Bathroom lines can get long but there are several. Restaurants across from the campus (arena on George Mason university campus) you can walk too.

I was here recently for a womens conference and was pleasantly surprised by the dedicated parking and even more so by the perfect size of the arena. It is big enough to accommodate many people, but still smaller & cozier in comparison to other arenas or centers that I have been to. It made for a more enjoyable experience to feel closer to the event that was taking place.

Unless you get floor seats, theres only one venue worse than the Nissan Pavillion (aka Jiffy Lube Live) and thats the Patriot Center. If you dont have floor seats, be prepared to sit through an event with your knees in your chest and your whole body cramped because youre squeezed into your seat.

In definite need of an upgrade to the AV equipment, their PA audio quality was a really limiting factor in enjoyment of my recent game there. Other than that the staff and fans at the arena were great and welcoming, even to an opposing team fan like me!

I dont know why someone saying there is no parking lot, they probably never been here before. There are huge parking lots around the area. This area is within George Mason University and great spot for annual graduation. High school grad was here too.

Worst venue ever. Its like they never put on a show before. Havent moved in 40 minutes after getting in the car. Never again. Stay home. Not sure where my $400 that I paid for tickets but it sure didnt go to traffic control. Ruined the whole night.

Great view of the stage during a concert from pretty much any seat. Staff handled the crowds amazingly, was surprisingly easy to get in and out of the parking lot and stadium. I wish there were a coat check, but otherwise great venue!

Visited this venue for the Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus finale. The venue had ample seating, however the seats themselves were stiff and uncomfortable after 30 minutes. Just prepare yourself or bring padding.

Decent venue with plenty of parking. Attended a concert there and while the acoustics werent great (could be bands fault) the layout and seating made moving around and getting to and from concessions pretty easy.

Great venue, friendly staff. Wish they recycled. We had 2500 or so people attend our event and that many or more plastic bottles will end up in the landfill that will outlive all of us put together.

Ive been to this venue only for graduations. Its not a bad place but may aspects need to be reconsidered. I dislike that the name has been changed to EagleBank Arena instead of Patriot Center

Still cant believe my beloved university sold out to corporate labeling. Otherwise, its still the same beloved arena I jammed with the Green Machine in during my undergraduate days at GMU.

Good place to see a concert. Lines got crazy in the intermission, so traffic flow was bad. They need ways to designate lines to keep them from randomly going off in multiple directions.

Great for concerts. I havent gone to the Eagle bank arena for anything else but it seems spacious and clean and the seats were a decent price and parking was easy and handled well.

Fine little arena. No cup holders, plastic seats. NO PARKING COST! (At least not at our event) stadium seating perfect. Good place to see a show. Beer is expensive though.

It was a decent arena. just wish they had a Titan Tron in the middle. The seat where I sat at the top were pretty cramped up as well... besides that great experience.

On the campus of George Mason University. Typically used for graduations and sporting events. A lot of seats and parking and it doesnt get very hot, even in summer.

Perfect for events. You really cant get a bad seat here with the way the arena is designed... I enjoy the circus here with my daughter every year.
