There is not enough space to cover the length of details involved in the unprofessional attitude you will find here. If you want to have your seats taken by others who arrive 30 minutes late, then be my guest, this is the theater for you! Not only did they claim we purchased our tickets for the day BEFORE, although we purchased our tickets at the door, printed with the correct day. We arrived 35 minutes early, purchased 45$ worth of goods. And by the way there were more than 3 of us. We were told to leave because there was an error in the seating. Apparently, if you arrive later you take priority over the people who arrive early, remember this peeps! Not only did the management not communicate effectively. We had to argue for our tickets to be compd back for an additional 15 minutes wasted of banter. To the degree it upset the older woman who was with us, making her forget her purse and the embarrassment to the child with us as well. No one wanted to take responsibility. Then to make matters worse. The "head of mangement" lied about where Phoenix Theaters corporate is located. If you have any issues and unprofessionalism OR get scammed like we did at this establishment. Their corporate is in michigian, NOT Tennessee which is what they would rather you believe. If you want to open up a theater, by all means, contact Tennessee. In the end, we went to another theater, since there are 2 other options for this area :) whom were professional. Their seating is very limited, small screen, and mismanagement. So much for bringing the electric city back. -1 star.

I paid my first visit to The Iron Horse Bistro Theater this past week and it was a delightful experience! The theater was a perfect size, intimate but not too small,the screen size is perfectly suited to the theater size, maybe even a little generous.Both the DLP projection and 9.1 audio were state of the art. The leather power recliners were just as good as all the reviews have said. We did not sit in the PTX theater so were not able to avail ourselves of the in-theater service. The experience at the refreshment counter was the only aspect of our visit which deserves a critical comment. I did take advantage of enjoying a beer with my movie. However when I ordered a Yuengling Draft, one of the two domestic brews offered, I was told "we dont have that" , not "were out of it" which would leave me to believe they in fact dont offer it... although it appears on the menu. Considering how popular "Viatimin Y" is in this town an odd deletion. Although the popcorn is advertised as being Orville Redenbacher it tasted and appeared no different than the usual movie theater fare. Not bad... but no different. All in all a very positive experience and one I expect Ill be repeating in the future. As a matter of fact Iron Horse Movie Bistro will be my theater of choice for the forseeable future!

I was very impressed with the ambiance , and the Theater Seats were AMAZING. Some of the staff were very helpful, while others seamed very confused and unsure of what to do. I suppose this would be attributed to opening recently. THE FOOD... nearly inedible! We had the Loaded Nachos with Chicken and Cheese Fries. The Nachos were absolutely disgusting. The chips were dredged in a disgusting nacho cheese sauce, and what appeared to be canned shredded chicken. We opted for Salsa on the side, which first appeared to look like an appetizing Pico, so I was excited , until it hit my taste buds, and it was rancid. It was a shame, as this theater has potential to be a great hot spot. The menu really needs a revamp, with a skilled chef to plan the menu and train the staff to execute it. Ive had better food at any arena, stadium or concert venue. I would go back for the recliners alone, but would be hesitant to eat the food!

Extremely comfortable leather seats are wide and they recline. Temperature was not frigid, which was nice departure from the average theater, and the volume was never too loud or quiet, so the sound experience was great. Nice to be able to get a craft beer or glass of wine and have it at your seat (the table is a swiveling tray attached to the seat.) We arrived early and they did deliver food to our seats. I didnt have high expectations when I looked at the food/dessert menu online, but it still didnt meet those expectations. The ingredients are of poor quality. They might be trying to deliver an affordable experience to the average resident of NEPA while still not losing money, but Im sure some people would pay up for better food. The service was excellent. Servers seemed really focused on making it a good overall experience. As a movie theater, top-notch. Grab a bite nearby before the show.

The actual PTX theatre was great but thats where the goodness stops. The way the place is run is very disorganized and confusing, and my experience trying to order drinks for the show was terrible. I was charged for a drink I never ordered, and never received any of the drinks that I did. Told the waitress, and never saw her again. I usually wouldnt post bad reviews for what couldve been just my unique experience, but this happened to other people in our row, and there was a line to speak to a manager after the movie.

Wonderful seating! These plush seats easily make for the best movie experience anywhere in the Northeast to sit through long movies. The customer service was good, as was the design and cleanliness of the place. However, the food was nothing special like I expected, and they did not deliver it to your seats remotely like advertised. Only one theater offers that. Despite the food, the movie quality and seats made up for it. Plus free parking at Electric City Garage and at the Marketplace.

Great theater if you like to lounge in luxurious recliners and have a couple drinks with some food brought out to you. This place is surprisingly fancy.. At least the staffs attire and the decor, although you definitely dont need to dress fancy. I certainly did not! Great audio/bass, ginormous screen and quite spacious. The only downside is it gets rather expensive with all those amenities. Overall I enjoyed it despite the prices! Also Atomic Blonde, awesome movie.

Im a huge movie buff and love to go to movies, with this said this theater is the best theater i have ever been to, and ive been to many accross the east coast testing out theaters. Picture quality to sound to a serious place to take a first date. People to bring you drinks for petes sake. I HIGHLY recomend this theater for an nightly outing. I would give this place six stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recomend. Do not pass this theater up.

Went for the first time last night. I was not impressed at all. Totally not as expected, or as it comes across via their website. The food is just blah (could get fries or nachos anywhere), and everything was very pricey! The only decent part were the comfy reclining seats. So much for being served a nice meal and drinks while you enjoy the show; apparently, "you only get that service in theater #1!" Really???!!!!!!

Waiters come to you before the movie starts, places your order before the movie starts so they dont get in the way while the movie is playing. Very good service and employees are nice. Seating very comfortable and can adjust to your liking!!!!! Better than any other movie theater with these seatings! The food here is better than any other movie theater :D
