The arcade games werent bad. A little smaller than Dave and Busters as a comparison. However, the dining room experience tainted the whole visit. First, there were 3 other tables seated in the entire place, and it took over 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order, and then another 10 to receive them. Placed our food order, and then another half hour went by before the waitress even came back to check if we needed drink refills. When she came back to bring the drinks, we inquired about our food, to which we received an eye roll and an excuse that the kitchen was backed up(with 4 total tables?). When the food arrived, about an hour after we were seated at this point, my sons burger was wrong (he had a simple but specific topping request, as most kids do). It took another 10 minutes to flag down the waitress to tell her of the mistake. Instead of redressing, they just scraped off the toppings and brought the burger right back, and it was wrong again. At this point we just asked it be removed from the bill, as the rest of us were finished eating before we even saw anyone to let them know of the repeat error. In addition, the kitchen is visible from the dining room, and we were able to clearly witness the serving staff standing around talking as we are being ignored. Plus, seeing habits such as kitchen staff wiping sweat from their forehead, then touching food. I have never written a review in my life, but felt that I had to share this experience for families looking to have a nice day out. BE AWARE.

My 3 and 6 year old were super excited to visit Main Event! Great first impression walking in but went downhill as we tried to eat at the restaurant. The staff all seemed very confused as to what their job was. Our waitress was MIA for quite a while, couldnt find me a fork to use and was obviously very busy. The food took forever (and it wasnt a hard order). I ordered a side of French fries for my son and they came in a to-go box. It just seemed like things werent going very smoothly. After food we went to play games. All the skee ball machines were down and we had a hard time finding anything age appropriate for our boys. Overall not the best experience. Not terrible either though. Hopefully they can get their staffing issues ironed out.

This place is waaaaaaaay over priced. Sorry but I can go to Dave and Busters or just a regular bowling alley and pay far less. The staff is terrible. Its mostly teenagers who dont know how to take a job seriously. Also, I looked up other Main Events in different states and its missing most of the cooler, more fun things to do (That would make its pricing more worth it) Like virtual reality, bocce ball, rock climbing, gravity ropes. All this place has is billiards, laser tag, arcade bowling and food. I can do those things at other places for way less money and better staff. Dont waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only good thing about this place is its pizza. Again something I can get elsewhere for less money.

Main Event is okay. It is better than when Latitude 360 was at this location. The food is way better than 360 ever was and you can also get a play card for the arcade play if you wanted to for the price of your food (a 10 or 20 dollar play card). The bowling alleys look way better and price is more cheaper for bowling than 360. You can also play billiards or laser tag too! The only downfall is that their is no indoor mini golf, bocce ball, rock climbing or karaoke like stated on the Main Event website. I will most likely be back for the food and more game play. I will also have to try out the laser tag and bowling as well. And price wise is a little cheaper than 360 was which is nice.

Wasnt that thrilled with Main Event. Went on a Saturday very early afternoon. 12pm to 3pm. Was surprised at the lack of arcade games. Latitude 360 had more arcade games. Was disappointed in the price of the games as well. Almost every game was $1.50 or higher. Maybe going on Monday nights when gameplay is half off wont be so bad. The laser tag was fun. And reasonably priced. Had pizza from the little pizzeria in the arcade area. Pizza was very good and the lady, I think her name was Jessica was awesome. She was all smiles and just super friendly. Ill take my kids(7 year old boy & 13 year old girl) back there, just not very often.

My family went into main event today to see what it has to offer. I used the restroom and when I flush the toilet, water from the pipes squirted everywhere in my hair on my clothes on my face. I talked to a manager. The first one rolled his eyes. The second one said that theres nothing he could do about it that when you buy a property theres always something that could go wrong. He said that they were in process of transitioning from one company to another and that theres always issues. So no apology no sense of urgency. Absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend Main Event!!!

This place is worse than Latitude 360. First of all, they say a round to bowl is $36 but they forget to add that with shoe fees it is $64 FOR A ROUND OF BOWLING. Then they proceeded to deny my friend drinks because she was "too drunk" when she had 1 Michelob Ultra and mistaken her personality for drunken behavior. The service is slow and the food is below average. They need to screen their staff a lot better and bring in more quality candidates. This behavior/establishment will not last in the Robinson/North Fayette area. I do not recommend. Please take your business elsewhere!

Im quite impressed with how bad Main Events food and service is. The chicken Caesar salad tasted like it sat around for three days. Horrible dressing and chicken tasted like it was out of the freezer section of Wal-Mart. The chicken sliders had stale buns and gross coleslaw. The loaded fries had to be the lowest quality fries on the market. Piled with cheese in one spot and half pieces of bacon. Dont even get me started on the service. I would stay clear of this place, unless its just to play the games.

We were really impressed with this huge entertainment center! We stopped in on my sons 7th birthday and had dinner while we bowled. What really wowed us is that you can set up the bumpers to come up ONLY for those younger bowlers who need it - automatic bumpers! Brilliant! We then enjoyed the game area (your money doesnt go far there - just be prepared!). All in all, it was a great evening with good fun, food and service. This would be a great place for a work happy hour and parents night out, too!
