Lane was not working at all. It even set up 1 of my pins in the gutter. Went up and it took about 10-15 minutes to get ahold of and talk to a manager and he refused to reimburse or give us a free game but did give us an extra half hour while charging all 5 of us for the time I spent talking to him. I spent the rest of the time constantly walking back and forth to the desk informing him of the ongoing problems. After 20 minutes and in the middle of a game he just erased our names and scores and set it up for the next group even though he knew the lane wasnt working. We had to inform the next group ourselves that the lane was not working and they should not count on keeping score as most of the time it would only set up 2-6 pins or hand out strikes and spares after 1 shot. I understand that lanes sometimes dont work but the way he charged us and then turned around and took the next groups money knowing that he was giving them a bad lane just shows that they only care about your money and could care less about your experience. Worst $60 ever spent.

Horrible, horrible staff. Terrible service. Five of us showed up around 9:15 on a Monday for their $10 all-you-can-bowl special. Was given attitude the entire time. The bartender was very sweet. As we were bowling, one of our lanes was malfunctioning and moving very very slow. My friend accidentally hit the bar a few times because the lane had a HUGE delay and we didnt realize the bar hadnt lowered until late. The guy at the desk gave us an attitude over loudspeaker and told us if we wanted to keep bowling to pay more attention. We left at 11:00 to get the most out of our time. Employees stood behind us the last 20 minutes and literally stared us down until we left. As we left, my friend told the guy at the front desk "have a good night" and the guy would NOT make eye contact with us and refused to respond to my friend. Horrible.

We spent 2 days in the cottage. Gorgeous and immaculate. Decorated in colors of white, pale pinks & green hues, the cottage was very inviting. Beautiful patio area outside the french doors. They have their own line of bath & hair products which was awesome, not to mention a killer whirlpool. A short 30 second walk past the old carousel building led to a dock on the river (which we did a little fishing while there). Anne the Innkeeper was a fantastic hostess and whipped up beautiful breakfast of banana pancakes, omelettes, fresh fruit on skewers which she delivered at our convenience right to the cottage. A lot of history on the grounds with the old buildings from the original park. Well worth the price. We would definetly stay here again if we return to Lancaster.

Im not sure if I can officially write a review since we were not able to bowl. While trying to use our kids library reading rewards passes, we were told they did not accept them during their special Friday evening bowling time which started apparently at 5. Which was not specified on our coupon card given to us through the library. They did eventually offer us a $20 discount, but considering the place was all but empty I saw no reason to not uphold to the coupon. Were a bigger family and nights like this can get spendy fast. We look forward to these types of things and discounts. On the bright side Leisure Lanes bowling, happily accepted our passes and in the end was a much better price and a happier experience all around.

I went to Rocky Springs as part of a fundraiser for a non-profit event. The staff, including the owner, Sherry, was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional & dishonest. She lied to other participants that night about a situation blaming it on others, when it was actually her that made the mistake. She also boasted about how much money she spent on food & entertainment for the event, when it was not asked for by the charity. She also blatantly spoke negatively about me to another vendor, who happened to be a close friend. I will never go to this place to bowl, eat, anything, even if it is for a charity event.

Their renovating currently so everything isnt up to par but I do like the fact they are still up and running. Im looking forward to seeing what it will look like once construction is completed. I heard a bigger restaurant area. Before construction, this place was a enjoyable hang out. Pool tables and a bar! I also liked they have the video projections playing within the alleys. My kids love it. Looking forward to revisting once its officially revamped

The food is very delicious, all made to order after u place ur order. They give you these pagers so you dont have to stand around and can bowl while youre waiting. All the staff are friendly and willing to accommodate everyones needs. Theyre currently undergoing renovations but are still open, which is really cool. Even their prices are decent and worth it. Out of all 3 nearby alleys, this is definitely my pick.

We stayed in the cottage for a few days after we got married. It was the perfect getaway! Private and comfortable but close to a variety of things to do. The cottage was very charming and breakfast was served to our door every morning! Theresa the innkeeper was friendly and personable! We enjoyed talking with her and taking a tour of the inn as well!

Decided to go here on a rainy day and we were pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and very cost friendly. Tuesday is $2 shoe rental and $1 games. For 5 people, our bill was $25. Entertainment cant get much cheaper for 5 people for 2 hours. Also a pretty clean bowling alley. Pizza was fresh and decent quality. We would go back again.

Use to be a favorite. Owner is a bit cocky, staff is hit or miss some are really nice other just rude. Did glow bowling they did do a good job to accommodate use but not till after they got me upset enough to want to leave. We did have a great time, staff killed it for us. Attitude adjustment would give them a better review

I was the pin boy captain when Rocky Springs opened in 1954 and became the asst. manager when I finished HS. The owner was Joe Figari. His son Jimmy was in charge of the lanes and the amusement park. I latter found out that the merry- go -round was sold to the Dolly Wood park in TN. This was a wonderful time in my youth.

My experience was a great one. The new owner honored a coupon thst we had awhile and even made us feel like VIPS ,the whole night. This bowling alley was very clean and supplied with lots of bowling balls to choose from. We will come back for sure. They also have a great party room with private lanes.

Party of 8. We got food. We paid for 2 games. When I couldnt bowl second game, they did not allow someone else to bowl my game. Offered me a free game for some other time. "policy". Really? The game is paid for. Who cares who bowls it? I declined the free coupon. I will not be coming back.
