Extremely terrible customer service. Went there Saturday night with five other friends for their unlimited bowling from 9:30 to 11:30. Paid for all of us, and we were only given one lane. Before we started playing, we saw other lanes with two or three players, so we asked them if they could split us up into two lanes to make the most of what we paid for (unlimited bowling for a set period of time). I didnt think it was an unreasonable request as there were at least eight other lanes that were not being used. All the cashier said was "no, thats not possible," and kept shaking his head. I stood there waiting for further explanation and he just turned away! I approached another cashier to get assistance but his explanation was that "once its paid and set, we change anything." Im to believe that you have no control over your own business?! If possible, avoid them at all cost until they change their business practices or hire more helpful and friendly staff; preferably both.

Attended Cosmic bowling. Loved that the pins glowed and friendly service when paying for bowling. However, later on, I order a slice of pizza and a large fry. The man ringing me out was very rude and barely said a word to me. I then waited 20 minutes to get my food, watched other people order AND get their food (fries, pizza, pretzels, everything in between). I asked the cashier what was taking so long and he apparently gave my food to someone else so he had to recook my food. Another 10 minutes later, I get cold fries and a small piece of pizza.. At 11:30 when cosmic bowling was supposed to be over, they came to us and politely told us we needed to leave, however, we were disappointed because we wasted 30 minutes at the snack shack when we could have spent that time bowling.

We held my 9 year olds party on the deck beside the mini-golf course today and had a wonderful time! With a June 6th birthday planning an outdoor party can be iffy but the helpful staff let me know that we could easily make it a bowling party. The planning was a breeze and everyone was so nice that I would definitely recommend Leisure Lanes. Thank you for a great time!

I tried to play pook on the quarter tables and some other games in the game room. The pool table was not working, and only one other game was turned on. The associate said that he could only refund tokens and not money for tokens. So now I have useless tokens and am out 5 dollars.

We used our kids reading reward passes given through the library and had a fantastic evening. The staff was happy and fun to chat with. Clean, family friendly, and reasonably priced made for a laid back and fun night for us and our 4 kids 12 and under. Thanks for the great time!

One of the coolest places youll ever golf. They have an actual ALL GRASS miniature golf course. Since weve found it, I make the kids take me every Fathers Day! Staff is extremely courteous. Course is well maintained. Prices are fit for a family of 5! Worth the hour drive for us!

Been a league bowler here for many years. Lanes may sometimes need to be oiled. Food selection is ok. No bar however. Gary , the Pro shop owner is a great, great guy. They also have a driving range, and real grass as well as a kid friendly putt putt golf course.

Out for a guys night with my son. Pizza and pool! This place rents pool tables by the hour, which saved $ right off the bat. Pizza, sodas and cookies for 2? Only 6 bucks! After a good time (friendly staff), got a little left in the budget. Sweet...

Best bowling alley I know, by far. Great atmosphere and bowling leagues, open 24 hrs for bowling, and pool is available until midnight. Theres also a snack bar and game room. I love Leisure Lanes and try to get over there at least once a week!

Great family place to bowl, lots of lanes and very affordable. The only thing we had an issue with was that they only had one older gentleman taking orders at the snack bar so it took us 40 min to get our pizza after we ordered it.

Its more family-oriented here than Rocky Springs (has mini golf and doesnt have alcohol). Ive often had a good time bowling, but to be honest, that mayve been the most boring mini golf course Ive ever experienced.
