This venue is absolutely STUNNING! The mix of beautiful chandeliers, natural woods and stone fireplace make this venue perfect for a rustic elegance theme. It is totally worth the money because it has so much more to offer. We saved money on decorations because the buildings and property already stood out so much. The property also offered many amazing backdrops for photos from the farmhouse to the courtyard to the barn to the corn crib and so many more. If the weather is nice, you can get married outside under an arbor by this beautiful pond near the old farmhouse. It ended up raining on our wedding day but the great part was the barn was a beautiful back up option. Our guests could not stop saying how much they loved the venue. The team at Historic Acres was amazing as well. Both Melodie the venue manager and Ana the event specialist were easy to work with, quick to respond to questions, and helped make the whole process run smoothly. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

We were at, from what I understand, the 5th wedding since the venue opened. The place still had that new car smell. The grounds are very nice and the reception hall is fantastic. The layout of everything is very well thought out from the grounds to the flow from after the ceremony, to the cocktail hour and finally into the reception hall. Although not sure how they could implement it, I have one suggestion: there should be some type of covered pick up/drop off canopy attached to the main reception hall so you can pick up people when it is raining.

The facilities are very simple (in a good way). The atmosphere was like a family gathering even though there were so many people I didnt know. It wasnt a huge extravagant wedding place where I talked to one group of people the whole time and then left, but more like I was at a social mixer where I met a lot of new people. It felt like a combination of a farm and a log cabin lodge. The ceremony was beautiful and much quicker than Im used to, which is definitely preferred. Very streamlined event.

This is a great wedding venue! My friend had her reception here and the only complaint is that Google Maps takes you to the exit instead of the entrance! It was a little chilly out and you have to move between buildings sometimes, but the main hall was a great setting and the food was very good. I would imagine that this is a great setting year round!

Went to a friends wedding here it is really a nice place it was indoors in the basement of the barn and the reception was in the reception hall very nice grounds and the food was very good I am not sure if it was catered by the venue or not though. I know they also do outdoor weddings.

Visited for a wedding. The site is very nice and I really liked the fire pits. The banquet area is very nice. As a guest, I was very impressed.
