I have been coming to Tabor Hill in Saugatuck for several years and have always enjoyed the friendly, knowledgeable service. But NOT THIS SUMMER !! There is a woman working there who at the very least is rude and does not know anything about the wines ! If you ask, she just reads off the wine menu. I can do that ! There used to be an older couple and their daughter who worked most of the time. The daughter knew me and what I liked(we are both teachers ) and no matter who was working it was always friendly, fun, and informative. MANAGEMENT: BRING BACK THE OLD STAFF !!!!!!

Not our favorite winery, but it was okay. I think I may have liked it more if we went to the actual winery and restaurant instead of the port. I dont feel like I got as much of the experience just visiting the port. And we came in about an hour before they closed and the lady seemed very rushed and like she just wanted to get us out of there. Still ended up leaving with a case of wine though, even though their wine was much more expensive than the others.

Friendly folks & tasty wines. The Spumante was my fave & the cherry wine was my daughters fave. Not a wine drinker, try the sparkling raspberry...mmm mmm good!
