Stopped in after unloading our daughter at Hope College. Was going to purchase a bottle of wine without tasting. No one would come to the register to take our money. There was two staff members pouring wine for tastings. One said she would be there in a moment. Waited a bit longer...left the wine in the counter and walked out. We were disappointed as we love Michigan wines.

Staff was rude, when we asked if hed mind getting us a fresh glass for one of the samples he said that "he did mind" and continued to tell us what we were doing wrong as customers. We were the only ones in the place and he acted like he would rather do anything else.

The Staff is Great and the Peach Honey Wine is to die for very good experience here. I would definitely recommend to anyone that enjoys wine.
