They have everything you could possibly need in a family gym. Child care, basketball court, pool (w/ hot tub and water slide included), cardio, and weight room. The hours are a little more restricted than other workout facilities, but there is everything you would want in a gym.

Older facility so workout area is segmented. Youth programs are low quality. They are free but it is a waste of time. I put my two kids in swim lessons and pay for them to sit on the side of the pool.
