GREAT layout and options for those with disabilities. The seating isnt great (youre stuck in the nosebleed seats) but they make up for that with close parking, quick elevator service, close concession stand, and the staff from the security wants to concession workers are very polite. In general, its a HUGE upgrade from the Brown County Arena and the view/proximity to the action makes it the best arena in the state. (Hopefully Milwaukee will get a new arena which is designed by the same firm.)

I have never had a bad experience here. I have attended a couple different concerts and I recently attended "Disney on Ice" with my family. Very helpful staff, we had misplaced one of our tickets and they quickly found that we had purchased it in their computer system and had us seated before the show started! Reasonably priced concessions and amazing views from all the seats. Definitely a place I would go back to for future events!

Went to the "Home and Garden Show" on Saturday March 11, 2017 - totally disappointed.....should definitely not be labelled "Garden" show - there was not ONE full display of just garden, planting or landscape materials! Some of the same companies had same booth in both the Arena & Shopko Hall. Director of this event has much to learn.

Worst concert experience of my life. Was not allowed to bring purse or wristlet in. Tickets were bigger than size of purse you could bring in. Unreasonable staff and horrible concert experience overall.

Love the newer scoreboard. We see a lot of hockey games there and a few shows. Clean, in good shape, and nice staff. Concession drinks and food are good and not super expensive.

Went to go watch the Gamblers hockey game. The atmosphere and energy was awesome! It was easy to get to our seating and the food and drink prices werent to outrageous.

Very interesting & found out my Pima Indian baskets are 100+ years old and worth $600for all three. My Sascha Brostoff coffee mug, signed by him is worth $150.

Concessions are easy to get to and reasonably priced. Every seat has a great view of the field or rink. Tickets are cheap but the fun youll have is priceless.
