Not a family friendly restaurant. We loaded up our 5 month old and 2 year old on a Saturday night. When we walked in the door we discovered they were going to be having an improv event in the dining area in an hour or so, but were told by someone in charge they would make something work. We waited for a few minutes and finally a young girl came over and asked us again why we were there. We said to eat and she said rudely that she would have to talk to her manager about that and disappeared for a few more minutes. She returned and said that since the event was in a hour they didnt want to seat us at a table and that we would have to eat at the bar. Yup, like I am really going to put my 5 month old daughter up on the bar. Completely inappropriate. I then told them that if they didnt want to serve us we would go somewhere else, and they should have said as much to begin with. So, basically you have here a pizza joint that doesnt want to serve pizza to families at supper time, and instead of being up front, said they would find us a table and then were just rude for 10 minutes.

We met our dear friend here for a quick bite and beer. While the food was just fine, the service was odd. Quite odd. Im not sure I can put into words the amount of oddness exuding from our server. It was baffling. I would compare her to a homeless tweaker who had never served tables or gone out to eat herself before. She did not make eye contact, looking up and to the right whenever she spoke. She did an awkward shuffle dance and floundered when she was asked a question she didnt know the answer to. Which was every question. She walked away from our table mid-sentence trailing off. The bartender had to come to our table to tell us their tap list after her 2 failed attempts. Im assuming (and hoping) it was her first day. We were not rude or mad with her, being the pretty relaxed folks we are. However, I would be curious to know how this person was deemed qualified and given a job. If it wasnt for her we would most likely return, especially for their fantastic happy hour specials. I wish the best of luck to our waitress in her new endeavors ahead.

We unfortunately did not have a good experience here. I had hopes of eating here with a large party, called ahead (and my mother called ahead 2 days prior), and bill told us they would try to have an area to seat us, but made no guarantees. We came in early to try ands get a couple tables, and this rude host/server said that I talked with someone this morning who said they could not accommodate us. Our party would have been hundreds of dollars. We left, and came back to get something we forgot 7 minutes later, and there were 2 large tables open that sat 20 people. Unfortunately an epic fail for them, and loss of business because I dont think well be back. Their food might be good, but the service and hospitality was terrible.

Really disappointed. I love the pizza here. I called last night to order for carry out and was put on hold. I waited and waited....and after (no exaggeration) 22 minutes I decided I was forgotten about. I hung up to call again, figuring it was just a mistake and they forgot. But no one answered the phone. I called back a few times with no answer....after almost an hour of trying to order my pizza (which I could have had by then) I decided to go with a crappy chain instead. Amazing pizza.....if you can get it:(

A nice Pizza place in an old building in the heart of town. A great place for parties from 10-150. Excellent for kids parties with a game area and room to run. Also great for the older crowd parties, being they are connected via the rear door to another full bar.(Bottle&Barrel) Nice variety on the menu, with probably the best salad bar in town. Be sure to try one of thier specilaty pizzas or rack of ribs which are finger licking awesome. Would highly recommend.

4 of us. Evening meal. Place was dead. 2 burgers ordered were dry. Extremely dry. Italian nachos, while a decent idea, were disgusting. The chips were so greasy they had to be blotted first. Not to mention overcooked to the point of being burnt if they were left in for 10 more seconds. Pizza was 4/10. Nothing to write home about. Likely wont go back. Service was the best part of the experience and it was only average.

It may have been the fact that it was Labor day, but I didnt have the best experience. There wasnt a hostess to seat us. The bar tender couldnt help us either. They were out of steak for the steak sandwich, one of only 4 sandwiches on their menu. On the bright side, our waiter did a fine job, and the food didnt take too long. The place just didnt have a very welcoming atmosphere.

Best... Pizza... EVER!.... Chicken and smoked gouda w/bacon! The crust is by far the best in town too. And its not just the pizza thats good here either. They have a delicious Sunday brunch from 11-2, which is a all you can eat buffet for just $10. Amazing cinnamon french toast, build your own omelet, and great egg bake. The Plus is overall just a fun place with great food.

I had the Bontons which are spicy cabbage,chicken,cream cheese wontons and the Artisian Roll with Steak. More flavor than any other local place Ive been to in Chippewa Valley. The Bontons are very spicy but I love spicy. My order was a to go order and my order was ready when I arrived. The live band that was playing sucked but I only had to listen to them for a few minutes.

They have always been hit or miss. One day you can get good food and good service. The next day it is horrible. You can never tell if its going to be ok or not. They need to hire better staff and train them better. It is a place to go if you like to gamble whether you will enjoy your experience. I have come here many times throughout the years. It has always been this way.

This place is crap. Food-1 star. Service-0 stars. The only thing that saves them is the building is nice. This place USED to have great food a few years back. WHAT HAPPENED?? They advertise family recipe for hand rolled crust. This is NOT the same awesome crust they used to have. This was HORRIBLE. I miss the OLD recipes and atmosphere.

Literally my FAVORITE place to eat in Eau Claire. Ive had multiple birthday parties here for my kids, I bring anyone I love here to eat when they visit for the 1st time and this is where I met my husband in March of 2002. The food is always fantastic!!!! Prices are great and all their weird flavored pizzas are out of this world.

Worst service ever. Our waitress barely checked on us. We waited forever for our drinks, and then we waited even longer for refills. Im a waitress myself so I know what good service is and this was not it. The place was dead and we waited forever for our food. The food was not great either. We will not be going back.
