Its been consistently well kept up over the 22 years Ive been on its side of town and only 10 minutes away for me. The owners are very friendly. I can get on and off in two hours and the length and slope of the course allows it to be challenging enough for a regular golfer to work on a short game. They now have the options of tees instead of mats. The one short coming is the greens are cut thick or full which doesnt comport to an executive or 18 hole course.

Got out on the course early Sunday morning and it was very peaceful. A few other groups were golfing but we were spaced enough that there was no waiting at the tees. My favorite par 3 in Clark County.
