We went this weekend and it was dirty, run down and way over priced. The lady running the register was so rude, she started yelling at a lady in front of us for sharing her coupon and refused to let her in. She was also charging a young couple with a toddler as if THEY were children. she was yelling at everyone. and despite the long line it was only her at the register- you also had to go back to her to buy your tokens. The place you order your food is more like a snake bar- it had only one worker running the Register and making the food!. They had run out of cheese, ranch and peppers. you cant take your own cake as mentioned on the website Most of the things were broken or very very dirty. I wouldnt take my kids there again. The owners are more interested in taking as much money as they can and not investing anything in the company.

Update (After reducing the rating to 1 star after hosting a birthday party): If you are planning for a birthday, a big NO. We have celebrated here recently. For the price I paid for each kid, I got a pizza slice for each kid and 2 soda pitchers. The only free space is the limited play area. Leaving about what I get, the room for the cake cutting was like a dungeon. There is no way for any kind of air circulation and surprisingly there is no AC as well. None of my guests like to stay in that dungeon for more than 15 minutes. Everyone were sweating like hell and no one enjoyed the party. They are obviously understaffed that I have to go out and call for the help almost every single time. Food was average. Too expensive for what they have. Very little space. But, definitely different experience for the kids with the play structures here.

Not the place I remember, use to bring my kids here all the time! Ive spent hundreds here through the years ,and have had many of my kids birthday partys, at the San tomas location as well. Terrible new set up! Games are $1 per time, just ridiculous! Where did the tickets go? No more $2 bumper cars? Its no wonder why they closed the other location. Makes sense it is dead for a Saturday! Must be under terrible new management. Will never come back again , and also No air conditioner , broken they say, but is it really? Or a tactic to save money on a dying business. Its sad that this place was once great ! And has potential to be again , maybe under new management. Would give it ZERO STARS if possible. What a shame.

Walking through the door my toddler and I were so excited at the initial appearance of this place, but on closer inspection it is absolutely filthy in here. Other indoor play places we have visited have been so clean and maintained, you can see them cleaning hourly, not here. They could do to clean this place up a bit. The woman who rang us up was definitely not happy to be here, and the automated rides and arcade are seriously outdated. The only redeeming quality and reason to give any stars at all is the associate Gabriel. He was very friendly and was busy working the whole time. I think we will stick to La Petite and Hop n Play next time we need some indoor fun...even if they charge a few dollars more.

Held small birthday party for a 5 year old. Cost $196 ($100 nonrefundable deposit - can be put towards total cost) for 10 kids to play and 1 hour in a small "party" room, 2 pizzas, soda and a young employee who "ran" the party called the hostess. We really could have done without the hostess. The hostess served the pizza, soda and our store bought cake (cannot bring any outside food or homemade cake). She also played a game and handed out super cheap penny prizes. We could tell that the kids werent feeling the hostess. It was awkward having someone there and not worth the money. I would have just paid to have the kids play there all day for $7 and feed them pizza at the cafe area.

We went to Jungle Island for a friends birthday party. The games are great. There are a lot of new games and consoles such as angry bird and Kung Fu Panda. The playground is great too. The room for pizza and cake is too small. There were about 20 kids at the party and most parents had to stand outside. The host ordered ice cream cake which was delivered to Jungle Island. The cake melted because they either dont have a fridge/freezer or they forgot to put the cake in a fridge/freezer. The party was extended for about an hour. In the end, I believe Jungle Island ordered a new cake for us, which made everyone happy.

Horrible place. We bought the coupon for free admissions and when we come in we have to paid extra $4. The coupon that we bought came with free laser tag and bumper car when you buy the admission. But when we tried to redeem, the manager said we cant use it. I have to argue with the manager for awhile bc the coupon doesnt say we cant used it. Terrible, plus it old and dirty. I cant believe this place still here. Never want to come back. The manager even said, she doesnt want people use coupon... well then why are they selling the coupons for? I bought the coupon $20. Hello... whats a ripoff . Dont buy this kind of coupon.

The Jungle Island Fun And Adventure! Is by far the best indoor park where I bring my kids for recreational fun they have so much fun every time we come. All of the games have been upgraded to new and fun latest cool games. They also have a full snack bar which is great. Bumper Carts are my favorite! Over all the staff is So Awesome!!! They were so helpful to us even though they were a little tied up attending other guest. Very nice and enthusiastic helpful staff is always 100% Carina And Jake were very nice to my daughters and I. Im definitely coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

Came here on a Sat. Place is disgusting. The carpet and floors are filty and the play areas are dirty and smelly as well as outdated. I have a 2 year old and all the older children play too rough. Theres a designated are from kids 3 and under, but theres no one supervising, so older kids get in there and play rough hurting others. The rides are dirty and old and most of them dont work. There are many of the arcade games also broken or out of tickets. Staff is young and careless and the food court closes down if theres a party going on, so cant even get food until they reopen. Its just cheap and dirty.

I went here for the first time recently. Its like a mix between Billy Beez and Chuck E Cheese. A couple notes: -food is not as "good" as Chuck E Cheese, but definitely better than Billy Beez -they claimed 80% of games were new...thats a bad estimate. More like 8%. A lot of games are broken. -Im not a fan of the fact that games arent all 1 token -jungle play area is pretty great -bonuses over other places include laser tag, bumper cars, and a bouncy house Overall, great place for the kids, and my wife and I had fun as well
