A nice little museum. Kind of small town museum for spending a couple of hours in. Focused mostly about the towns history and trains, of course, it feels like something you would find made by the towns 4-H club. If they had such a thing. Two floors, full of real history. Objects and letters and artwork from generations of people living and working in the town and region. It also touches on the American Civil War, Strasburg potery (which is a big deal in this region), and the railroad. It WAS a railroad station after all. It is one of those museums that people of all ages would enjoy and, to be honest, it just made happy to visit it.

Very interesting and diverse collection of Americana life. Well organized, clean, and thought provoking galleries. Covers periods from native Americans to early 20th century cultures. Too much to digest in one or two visits. Great place for a school field trip.

This is perhaps the best museum of any small town. Lots of local items. Train enthusiasts will love it here. A real look into bygone eras.

This place desperately needs a curator to help organize it... but I will give them credit, they have a TON of interesting artifacts.
