Rude manager would not listen to anything we were saying and hung up in our faces more than once! By far the worst business experience if ever had with any company. We made $111 deposit on 4/30/2010 for a party reservation on 5/08/2010. On 5/03/2010 we called to cancel the reservation, and get a refund. We were never made aware of the cancelation, and refund policy. We were never told verbally nor did we sign any cancelation or refund agreement. We were unaware of any cancelation fees, or that the deposit was non-refundable. The order slip we did sign said absolutely nothing about the deposit being non-refundable. Now we are being told the only refunds they give are in forms of store credit with a 20% deduction for cancelation fees. That was never agreed upon.

We have taken our 5 year old grand daughter to Jumpin Jellybeans several times since they opened, we live in Norfolk. We went there yesterday for her to play, we were VERY disappoined in the upkeep of the mats on the floor, MANY were not flat on the floor, they were bent upwards in the corner, some were not even in place so the concrete floor was exposed. This is not SAFE at all..children can trip and get injured. We will definitely not be coming back...we will travel to Va. Beach to Jumpin Monkey where it is safe !!!!

My daughter is almost 2. I thought she would enjoy jumping. So I went in and paid the admission. She would not even go in the moon walks. After 3 minutes of screaming, it was apparent that she was not ready for this yet. I asked about getting a refund. We were not even there for 5 minutes. We did not use anything. They said "No refunds. We are not here for kids to try it out". It was ridiculous. I will never go there again.

My kids loved it, we celebrated my daughters 4th birthday. She and her friends played on the moon walks me, my husband and the other parents watched TV, played and just hung out with no worries. Well be back in April for my sons 7th birthday cant wait.
