Awesome city square with events, farmers markets, music in the evenings, restaurants all around, fountains and statues. Good for evening strolls. Watch out for the kids and homeless using the fountains.

Nice relaxing area to hang out night. Definitely has its fair share of "interesting" people out and about at night.

We went here for the Taste of Syracuse festival. The scenery is great and the atmosphere was nice and friendly.
