I ordered online 250$ worth of fish which was a bubble tip anemone and 2 clownfish and one was a blizzard clownfish. They didnt respond to calls or emails for 2 weeks when I finally got ahold of the place they said that they were on "spring break". When I recieved my package (2 and a half weeks later) the regular oscerillas clownfish was dead on arrival. The other two seemed fine. I called the store and he started lecturing me on how he cant resend everybody back fish that didnt survive their trip. Carrying on how it was my risk I was taking. This seemed very unprofessional so I just hung up. I do not recommend ordering online to anyone who wants healthy livestock.

I recently purchased 2 tangs online. I was impressed by the ability of the owner to retrieve a fish that was very hard to find elsewhere. When i received the fish, it was in excellent condition and exceeded expectations. My only knock is that its difficult to reach anyone at the store via email or phone. I placed an order and received a call 24+ hours later. I tried several times during normal operating hours to get through and was unsuccessful. Other than that, great service when I eventually spoke with Bill on the phone.

Ive been going to live rock n reef for over a year now by far the best store Ive ever been to the stores always clean and organized and Bill and Jimmy are very professional and knowledgeable about what they sell. They have always answered my questions and help me succeed in owning a reef tank Im always a kid in a candy shop when Im there they always have beautiful fish live rock and corals I dont think Ill ever go to another salt water store again

I love the store! You feel like youre in a dream in this place... my hippo tang brought ich into my tank and the newer guy there told me to add a skimmer to my tank to remove nitrates that puts stress of the fish and it would cure the ich... well I did that, and I lost not only the tang ($80) but a Two-spot goby ($40)... there are around 16 other saltwater fish stores.. Im considering trying a new place.

I went into Live Rock N Reef last week shopping for tropical fish. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I learned about a lot of cool fish like Tangs, Angel Fish, Wrasses. I really liked their new Marble Cat Shark! I would highly recommend Live Rock N Reef to anyone looking for aquarium tropical fish or live rock.

They went to being awesome, to never there. I have been to the store 3 times last week and twice there were notes on the door saying they have left. The new service is poor and the one employee has no idea what im talking about. this place makes me sad.

Seems like a sweet store. I want to buy some snails and shrimps. Hopefully a pair of clowns soon. But every time I try to go during normal business hours they are closed. Atleast the last three times.

Ive been to many LFS in Salt lake county and this store by far is the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced store I have been to. I highly recommend speaking with Jimmy on any questions you have.
