Its more of a church and Biblical history museum with reports, photos, and findings on archaeological digs in the Holy Land. Most of the artifacts in the museum are reproductions. The model of Noahs Ark is impressive and many of the dinosaur casts are as well. If the human footprints are real, then humans today are midgets compared to thousands of years ago! Some of the footprints were a bit too clear in my opinion, but Ill let the scientists decide how old they are. Much of the museum is centered around Noahs Ark and the eye witness accounts from several people who claimed they saw the Ark. The biosphere is not functioning and the purpose of it wasnt very clear. The main building itself is nice and must have been built since some of the earlier comments were posted. We did not get to see the other buildings. Overall, the tour can be done in about an hour. Add 20-30 minutes if you watch the video. I went because I was already in Glen Rose; however, I would not go out of my way to visit this museum.

The vindictive comments about this place are unwarranted, but I will say that its not your everyday science museum. To be fair, the science used to formulate the opinions of this institution has been debunked by a variety of sources, and the overall location, condition, and presentation of this museum lends far more credence to the naysayers than it certainly intends to. Im a Christian myself, but I have to say I cant endorse this facility. Its just not a good representation of anything they claim to stand for, in my opinion. The historical displays of Dead Sea Scrolls and the Noahs ark replica are fascinating enough, but there is not really anything present here strong enough to thwart the opinions of leading evolutionary thinkers in the world of science today. A massive statue of Tom Landry and a penny-farthing staring down from the second floor just add to the confusion. The whole facility is a little underwhelming. Believer or not, I think youll still leave the museum scratching your head.

If you are an atheist that despises Christian values you will hate this museum. That is why there are so many 1 star ratings. Much scientific evidence is presented confronting a very controversial topic. Due to the fact of FREQUENT vandalism of authentic evidence that refutes the atheistic dogma the originals cannot be put on public display. However, the originals are on occasion put on display. Much information is given which for some is overwhelming. If they had millions more to spend they could obviously have much better displays. What people have a problem with is this museum refutes with logic and scientific evidence many of the holy doctrines of atheism. It is infuriating for many atheists when these people point out you cant scientifically link any fossil to any other. You cannot even prove any fossil had an offspring. If you want your eyes opened, this is a great place to start.

A bunch of blue hairs sitting around a huge, old projection television watching and nodding in smug agreement at a poorly made video that only reaffirms their belief that the world is really only 5000 years old. Truth be told, most of the visitors and their belief systems I witnessed were some of the oldest relics and the only example of prehistory that were represented there. Another review from a while back said atheists and evolutionists wouldnt like it because, after all, "who wants to look at evidence that proves them wrong?" Answer: SCIENTISTS LOVE TO FIND EVIDENCE THAT PROVES THEM WRONG. When one is proved wrong, one finds oneself to be another step closer to the truth. But that review was half right... evolutionists wouldnt like the propaganda and pseudo-science masquerading as "evidence", but they just might like it for the same reason I did... pure comic relief.

I went expecting large jumps in logic and soft science. I was wrong. The museum is great. It includes fossils, including a humanoid wall with all the major humanoid finds drawn to scale and their fossil information. There were physics presentations as well as satellite imaging. There is a massive ark, completed to scale. This did a lot to help understand practical issues of being on the ark and the construction, and physics issues, such as stability problems. There is also language studies, and evidence for the historical burdens that need to be met. I left before the lecture series started because I did not know there would be one, but I will try to make it out again soon. The video tour should be watched. If you miss the video then you might miss the value of some of the artifacts.

Everyone has heard the story. "We know absolutely for certain, it takes millions and millions of years for fossils to petrify." It’s so obvious that no proof is necessary and of course no witnesses verify. The claim is just repeated over and over. So we hear, "Everybody knows that." Really? How old do you know? The fact that some materials can fossilize rapidly under certain circumstances is well known by experts in the field and is not really a scientific issue. However, the general public has been misled in order to facilitate the impression of great ages. The dramatic example of the case of "Limestone Cowboy" (a fossilized leg bone inside of a boot) immediately communicates the truth of the matter. Fossilization proves nothing about long periods of time.

This museum is just a big hoax. It is mostly just replicas and faked footprints. Also, why is there a statue of a football coach? In 2008, a descendant of someone who provided many of the footprints in the 1930s admitted that they were faked. Not suprising considering there strange smallness and extreme neatness. The fact that Baugh also refuses to let the London Hammer be carbon dated is hysterical. Im sorry, but it is rediculous to believe that humans and dinosaurs once lived amongst each other. If this were the case, we wouldve gone extinct. Thanks for mudding the waters Creation Evidence Museum, whether youre biblical or not, this museum is not the one for you unless youre looking for some good laughs.

Oh most of you reviewers who believe in the "myth of creation" must whole heartedly believe in the "factual" science of darwinism, which can only be explained by millions and billions of years of evolution...something no scientist can observe. The definition of a scientific fact is this...any OBSERVATION that has been REAPETEDLY CONFIRMED and accepted as true; any scientific observation that has not been refuted. The scientific community is definitely split on this topic. Show me one transitional fossil that attests to darwinism...you just cant. Better yet, explain DNA. How does intelligence (information) come from unintelligence? If creation is a myth, darwinism is pure fantasy!

Atheists and Christians Alike!! Remember that no one was around to observe evolution(Logic will not work here or observable evidence) with their very own eyes just like no one was around when the myths of the Bible got rewritten from ancient Hindu/Sumerian/Egyptian/Greek stories that told the exact same stories only 1000s of years earlier. Anyway this museum backs up my staunch belief that the Holey FSM created us all in his image and created everything in his couldren

Beware, if you believe everything that the government tells you, you will not like this place, and you will be offended. If you believe in God, and not in Gov, then this place will be an interesting visit. It challenges the belief that people evolved......"Once upon a time." If you are able to think for yourself, and question authority, you will have a great time here.
