Este lugar es una basura y quien sea el dueño debería de ver cómo manejar mejor un negocio y a quien contrata para trabajar. Fui por primera vez para la celebración de mi hermana que cumplía años y reservamos una section que se les pago muy bien y se gastó mucho dinero para que la hija del Dueño crea que puede tratar a la gente como se le de la gana y creer que le van a tener miedo por ser la hija del dueño. Es una ignorante y ridícula que se salvo de que le diéramos su golpiza que bien merecido se lo tenía por estupida y ridicula. Y lo más triste esque nos dice que su papi es el dueño como Que eso la iba a salvar de darle su merecido por Bruta y estupida! Se salvó porque no somos basura como ella y porque de una ves vino seguridad y trató de controlar la situation y porque todos nos dimos cuenta que no valía la pena ir presa por una mamá huevo que solo es ladrar pero de allí no pasa! Dios la guarde porque si no fuismos nosotros serán otras que le van a bajar y ponerla en su lugar por creer que puede tirarle bebidas a la gente y no le van hacer nada. No es culpa de nosotros que ella estuviera con un viejo allí y dos amiguitas mientras que nosotros teníamos un grupo grande y la estábamos pasando bien. Vine desde Houston y jamás en mi vida vuelvo A ir a ese lugar ni que me pongan botella. Para entrar es un show y la gente muy grosera sin ningún tipo de educación o profesionalismo cualquiera. Se Compro botellas, shots,hooka y mas para tener que irnos por no ir preso por la hija del dueño que por sierto se coje a un enano que no sirve de encargado porque ni pudo comtrolar la situación para nada. Debería de venir a los clubs de Houston para que vean como es que se maneja un negocio de verdad y como se trata a la gente. Porque al final ellos son los que valen y les dan de comer a todos ustedes! BASURA DE LUGAR!!!

This is the most discriminating place I have ever been to! The worst place ever, if I could rate it a negative 10 I would. 1st our guy friend got discriminated against for wearing a Polo shirt but once inside we saw multiple guys in Polo shirts. 2nd my best friends VIP table was not reserved although she was told it would be and we got crammed in an area with 2 other parties who kept sitting in our area. 3nd my gf who showed up after I was already inside got denied entrance because she was black and gay. The reason I say she got discriminated against for being black is because there was multiple Latin lesbians inside. She was wearing a button up, nice slacks and dress shoes. She was told at the door that she would not be given entrance unless she went back when she was wearing a dress and heels. She calmly told them she didnt own a dress or heels and that she had gone there before dressed exactly like how she was dressed and she was able to get in. She also told them she was willing to pay the entrance fee. The guy told her he didnt care, that she wouldnt get in unless she had on heels and a dress and spoke to her loudly enough for everyone in line to hear him and laugh at her. Mind you she really has been there before in the same type of outfit except I was with her when we were going in to the club. She was discriminated and humiliated. We will be taking legal action.

Medusa is a fun club and I love going BUT I had an issue getting in this past weekend. I get to the bouncer he looks at me up and down and says you cant come in. I said why and he said you are wearing sandals you have to have heels. I was wearing sandals but you couldnt even see my shoes because I was wearing flowery print pants that covered my shoes. My friend and I were able to get someone from inside to bring me heels so I switched them out and snuck my sandals in. While I was in line I saw a girl wearing a simple black romper with sandals in front of us and I was waiting for them to deny her and NOPE they let her right in with no problem. This bothered me so much because I was actually more dressed up than she was and again you cant tell what shoes I am wearing. I get closer to the bouncer and he was already looking at me up and down. I got up to him and he made no eye contact with me and just put the wrist band on. The last time I went in I wore sandals and they didnt tell me anything. I understand you need to have policies in place but they are not fair to everyone and they dont apply them to everyone. They can be a bunch of jerks. Also I think making girls wear heels is ridiculous they should make the bouncers wear heels all night and see if they are comfortable with them by the end of the night.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. My friends and I paid for a space here and the owners FAMILY was right next to us, being desrespecful, pushing and flicking us off and WE left because of their immaturity, We went to have a good time and celebrate for a Birthday but INSTEAD we are leaving because I family member apparently knows the owner. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! Si eres Latina o Latino por favor NO siguen de darles tu dinero. Nosotros estábamos tratando de tener buen tiempo y respetar a todos cuando FAMILIA de ellos empezaron con problemas y nosortos nos fuimos, no es JUSTO cuando nosotros pagamos dinero para estar allí.

PLEASE SHARE!!!! I have previously been discriminated because of my race before but not because of my weight. Tonight I went to Medusa like I had on numerous prior occasions. As I get to the front of the line I give the doorman my ID and right before he gives me the wrist band the bouncer next to him looks me up and down and tells him no. I put wrist out for the band the doorman tells me (shaking his head not looking me in the eye) that he cant let me in. I was stunned since I have NEVER EVER been told I couldnt go in to a club. His only answer was that he had the right to REFUSE SERVICE. They were not over capacity, my attire was up to part as other patrons entered the building. No but I had been told no because I didnt look like the kind of crowd they wanted there. They didnt want bigger women there. This is shady as hell and shame on you for discriminating on people as myself that helped rack in the MONEY at the end of the night. I hope they see this and see what kind of shaddy establishments are in the Dallas Area. I went with a group last night to your club to see Gilberto Santa Rosa. The tickets and website said that the event was at 9:00pm and I found out that you open at 8:00pm. We were there early because the concert being at 9:00 oclock. To our surprise, it was passed 11:30 and not even the musicians were in the stage... I think the information was misleading, the concert was supposed to be at 9 not passed midnight... Being a Sunday, normal people have to work next day, so we actually had to leave around 11:30pm without even seing the artist for 2minutes. Worst $100 I have ever spend, I feel embarrast with my friends that went with me, and I am glad that my other friends that thought it was to late at nigth didnt go. I am really upset with the way they mislead people to have them at you club early for them to drink and you make money, while promising something that they know it is not true.... I learned my lesson. Never again...
