The location and venue are beautiful! But all of that seemed to go away once the owners started changing their policies mid-receptio. and required the wedding party to do their own dishes and make the place spotless before they left. None of this was agreed upon prior to the wedding. It was made to seem like the party was crazy and everyone was drunk (3 hours before the reception was scheduled to end), but they started cutting people off after one or two drinks and rudely offered water to everyone. The owner did nothing to help with this chaos. The bride and groom should not have to stress about these things on their special day. A beautiful couple had their night ruined thanks to this facility.

I brought 14 women down for a womens retreat to get out of the city (Nashville). it was exactly what the doctor ordered. The house was amazingly comfortable, we were able to cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen, and the scenery was incredible. We went outside at ten p.m. and saw stars/constellations, we could never see in Nashville skies. One lady even videotaped the rustling of the wind in the trees the next morning it was so peaceful. Great sitting area, ample restrooms and comfy beds. We would highly recommend it!!

Dont be fooled by the looks of the barn. If you enjoy washing dishes, book this place. They told the bride and groom in the middle of their reception (at 8pm) that if they didnt wash the dishes they were going to be charged extra. Of course all of the guests started pitching in. Instead of everyone dancing with the music that the paid for dj was playing, everyone was picking up dishes off the table and washing them. Find a place that will actually take care of you and work with you. Dont fall for this joke.

What a joke....Starts cutting people off at 8 including the wedding party. After only getting one beer. Also the groom provided all beer and still gets cuts off. The problem was alcohol was brought in at 11 am but nothing was said till 8. If things were told us clearly before hand there wouldnt be an issue. But the problem is nothing was said. What a way to ruin a great couples night.

Love the facility, and really liked how clear the owner was about what was expected of wedding party and guests concerning alcohol and using the facilities dishes and such.

They backed out of renting the venue to us two weeks before our event! For no reason! Would never answer calls or emails. Was an act of congress to get any answers.
