My husband and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at Summit Events hall, with about 90 people, and some friends of ours stayed in the upstairs apartment. Everything was gorgeous! The apartment was huge and had everything they needed, including an awesome balcony and huge bathtub. Ryan and Jane were great to work with, we planned the event from out of town and Ryan answered all of our questions and came in during the week before the event to meet us and make sure we were ready to go. They also gave us great advice as to how to set up the room the best way and all of our guests commented on how friendly and helpful they were. Plus they worked really well with our caterers and the live band we that played (Crabgrass Crew) had a fantastic time. The Summit Events Hall was always part of my childhood growing up in Sioux Falls back when it was the KC hall, and it was really great to have our event in such a nostalgic and historic setting. I absolutely recommend the event space itself as well as the upstairs apartment to anyone living in or visiting Sioux Falls.

What a Fantastic place to stay. My girlfriend and I stayed the night at Summit Events Hall and were very impressed. For $52 we had our own apartment for the night. Beautiful bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. The owner Jane was so helpful and really made us feel at home. The place has Wi-Fi and the owner even has beverages in the fridge. We are on a trip to Montana and my girlfriend found this place to stay on Airbnb and Im so glad we did. Dont waste your time at a hotel when you can stay at Summit Events.

Jane and her team graciously hosted our companys Christmas party last month, a group of approximately 110 people. The space worked very well and myself and our staff really enjoyed the experience. Jane did a great job of making the process easy, they were very flexible with our needs, and the hall was nicely decorated for the season. The space is very classy. Wed recommend you try it!

We had our reception here last Saturday and I must say great,beautiful and elegant place. We worked with Ryan and he is absolutely awesome. Plus the pricing is very affordable I recommend anyone to go here for any sort of event. Great ppl very friendly and awesome customer service. Thank you summit event hall

The hall has a lot of character with a lot of its original wood work and interior still well kept. The hallways and entry rooms get a little tight with large events but overall a good and unique venue.
