I went to a good friends wedding here and was a little disappointed. The floors were not swept and it seemed like there were feathers on the ground. The food was alright. The bartenders were pretty rude to the wedding guests. The bartenders did not talk to you and they gave people weird looks when the guests ordered drinks. The whole time during the reception the bartender was snapchatting. She stopped making our drinks to take a video. When I asked her to put some extra cherries in my drink she rolled her eyes. I know the bride and groom were a little disappointed in the place and I dont blame them. There was also a concert next door and people from the concert floated over to the reception to try and get drinks. There was no security or separation from the guests. There were shared bathrooms. On the bright side, its a cool atmosphere and it had pretty artwork. Would I have my wedding there this fall? Not a chance.

I sympathize with the other ratings! It is significantly larger than it initially looks and it has a very trendy hip "vibe" as previously noted. They have pictures of various icons (Judy Garland, Einstein, Empire State Building, etc) on the walls and the entire venue is set up in an old warehouse. As you walk out, the area opens up to the Courthouse along with the rest of the northern part of Downtown. It is about the most urban you will see Sioux Falls look and I love it. The dance area is also of appropriate size and the DJ wasnt bad either. I did not try any of the drinks but I imagine I will in the future. Ive also heard Cinema Falls does screenings of Indie movies there. What big cherry on top of an already awesome place! Definitely recommend.

I think this night club is a front for a local chapter of the Knights of Nyarlathotep. They have several images of the faceless god taking the form of various celebrities lining the walls here and the lighting is somewhat reminiscent of the Dark Void of Nothingness. One time I went to the Icon and their gin and tonics caused me to have flashbacks of a previous life as a royal toenail clipper in ancient Egypt. It was very upsetting and the other customers were very rude because I kept trying to pull their brains out through their noses. I cant wait to go back to the Icon and collect more residue from the 11th dimension.

One of the bouncers said a pretty interesting thing to me concerning an event involving Latin night dancing...REALLY made me feel uncomfortable. The bar tenders were decent folk, one of them however was having a rough night when I was there. That should not excuse the rolling of his eyes when I asked for a particular drink though. Very spacisous. The lighting was nice. I traveled 4 hours to go to this concert hall for a few bands I was really excited to see. With that said, I would not go back to this joint.

Had my ceremony and reception here. Nice venue, good food. I experienced many issues with the service and the space itself the whole day through. I was and still am very upset about some of these things. I have contacted them multiple times wanting to speak with their owner/manager to discuss these. I was given a random refund but do not accept this as a reasonable form of dealing with issues. I have been told multiple times that someone would contact me its over a month now and no contact. Very rude

I travel a lot to Minneapolis and one thing I absolutely love is the night life of the bars and clubs there. When Icon was established in Sioux Falls I was thrilled! I love the atmosphere and the layout of the environment. I have hosted many birthday parties for friends at Icon and the service has always been excellent. The staff takes care of their customers well and also don’t forget about all the great specialty drinks on their menu!

This is an excellent place to see a band. We saw JD McPherson there and it was one of the best shows Ive seen in Sioux Falls. Sound guy was great. There is plenty of room for dancing but get there early if you want to sit at the bar or one of the couches. Drinks are reasonable. Bathroom is clean. Parking is easy. I look forward to seeing other bands there in the future.

You cant beat this space for a wedding venue. I had my ceremony and reception here and Its truly one of a kind. I had the best help with the wedding coordinator Sam. She truly made me feel like her #1 priority and followed through on all commitments and accommodations. I would highly recommend this space.

They host a variety of entertainment here. Ive seen a burlesque show, many, many, musical acts, and done yoga here. Im glad they ditched the weird vibe they had when they opened. Was pretty pretentious for a Sioux Falls venue.

Super impressed with this place, good music, cool vibe, and really interesting drink menu. VIP Bottle Service is really inexpensive and its a lot like a trendy big-city club. Their apps and the chicken pizza was awesome!

I strongly encourage people to stop going to this place. I cant wait for the owners to see how bad the bartenders treat people and see how much money they are loosing. Worst place on sioux falls.

Tons of concerts and events. Anything from Electronic music all the way to The Zombie Walk. The drinks are usually really good, though the beer selection is pretty limited.

Do we need another basic bar in town that is trying to make you feel like it is high class? NO was underwhelmed by the type of crowd that this bar brought in.

Its Sioux Falls first Ultra Lounge. They frequently have live music and DJs. Im glad to see more life being brought to downtown Sioux Falls.

Great place for an event. The Christmas party was great, the steak was tasty. Drinks were well made. Facility is well laid out as well.
