Where do I even start? Ive loved this place since the moment I first laid eyes on it. I am a florist and have helped to coordinate and set up florals at this venue many times. I knew that when the time came I would LOVE to have Bear Creek Ranch for my own wedding, and this December that will become a reality! Im so happy to work with the owners, Mel is a pleasure to work with and will do anything he can to help your event run smoothly. The grounds are pristine, the views are gorgeous, and down to the last detail this venue is an amazing canvas and backdrop for your wedding or event. The best part is that the pricing for this place is just PHENOMENAL! As someone who works very closely with wedding venues in DFW, I can tell you there is no venue that provides you a better value and such great service with the freedom to bring in your own vendors, included table and chair rentals, and even the ability to have your rehearsal dinner onsite! Thanks so much for providing DFW with a venue unlike any other, Mel!

Wow where do I begin?! This venue was the perfect rustic feel for my fairytale wedding. Mel and Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure this day was every dream I ever had. They not only have a beautiful spot but they took the time to really make sure things were taken care of. I would not suggest a better place to have a wedding. It flew by so fast I wish we could go back and relive everything. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond my every expectation!!!

What a place!! I cant say enough about Bear Creek Ranch! The owner Mel was a great host and so helpful. I love the original stables with the stable doors and the bar is really unique with antique brick walls. The pergola outside is one of a kind. A great place for any type of event. We love this place and will use Bear Creak Ranch again!

My best friends got married here, and the venue was beautiful. It seems like it would be a little difficult to find without GPS, but with GPS it is pretty easy to get there. There was plenty of space and the outdoor ceremony was very nice. Bonus: the bridal cabin has a password on it.

Beautiful space with decent parking. I have attended a wedding as well as my company year end banquet. I was skeptical that my company would fit in the reception area, but was pleasantly surprised that we did with room to spare.
