Myself and a few friends decided to try this place out on Saturday night, thinking that the bowling and drink special sounded like a good deal. I have never experienced a place with worse customer service. After bowling for a few minutes, we realized that none of the balls were returning for either lane we had. We realized this after almost exhausting all of the balls in the lane, as we had about 10 people. We informed the manager and he went to fix the issue, returning to inform us that the machines "overheated" and needed to "cool down". While we were waiting, they kept our 2 hour time limit running. We waited about 10 minutes for the lanes to come back on, one did and we began to bowl in that one again. After a few people, we realized balls still werent coming back and the second lane still wasnt working. At this point we had bowled maybe 3 or 4 frames. We informed the staff that we would like a refund, as the equipment wasnt working and there was nowhere else to move to. The manager refused to issue refunds initially saying that they would only provide house credit. Several of our group were from out of town and would not use it, and he agreed to give them refunds, but refused the rest of us even though we informed him we had no intentions of returning. He still refused and tried to blame us for the malfunctioning equipment, like we should know immediately if balls are returning or not. After we walked out, we were waiting for an uber ride home, the manager came outside, was staring at us, bends over picks up a cup on the ground, stands up and angrily asks us if we had urinated "all over the bathroom", which we responded we had not. This is unacceptable customer service all around and this manager really needs to learn how to treat paying customers. I will not be returning and will definitely not be using the house credit they forced on us. I highly recommend finding a different bowling alley that actually respects their customers.

Cool atmosphere with great attributes as a whole; however, the male bartender working tonight 12/4/15 was quite literally the worst bartender Ive ever encountered. He left the bar unattended multiple times, not that when he was actually there he particularly helpful. He was never actually busy at all but it still took 20 minutes to serve the small group of people ahead of me, in between all of his conversation with other co-workers about the girls number he got. She must really be into tools that wear jeans with bedazzled patterns on their back pockets (everyones got their thing).Though he still had enough time to be blatantly rude when I asked for something that they were out of but couldnt understand why no one was leaving him tips for last call (although I still tipped him without the insured prompt service). The rest of the staff was absolutely great though.

Awesome place. Awesome people. Awesome atmosphere. All of my friends make this the place to go after an evening out. I have a VERY LARGE friends group and all of them have thoroughly enjoyed themselves when they visit. I bring new people all the time and they always leave complimenting how great of a time they had and how awesome the staff is. Ive never had a problem with the staff before I started working here. Even now there isnt one person that works here that is unfriendly or rude. We are running a business for the pleasure of the community and this far people have been very pleased. Kids parties, birthday parties, and even fundraisers. Negative comments are obviously coming from those who do the wrong thing when they have visited. No toleration for people that are trying to bring a great place down, when in reality it is THE best place to be.

Really cool vibe here. Currently no liquor license so they do a bowling plus open bar kind of deal which is pretty nice. (Theyre working on the license though, so your mileage may vary). Decent selection of liquor, small selection of domestics on draught, which is just fine. The owner, Jeff, was very welcoming and personable. Didnt get a chance to ask him about the authenticity of the Slimer in a display case or the Mr. Rogers bowling display case. Will have to ask next time. Looks to be an old house, and the new decor is cool and current but still has hints of the old look. Its nice to see small neighborhood houses still in existence. Well definitely be back, especially for shows. They also have semi-regular themed nights like zombie night or Lebowski night. Very cool.

I went here with friends a couple weeks ago and was very shocked by what I saw. First off there was very few people working, it seemed as if it was only one girl doing mst the work, and her boss yelling at her making her visibly upset. It made my entire group uncomfortable. As the later crowd started to come in, it became obvious that this place was a hangout for drug addicts. I went to the bathroom and found two girls doing drugs on the sink counter in the open. I was shocked, they were not ashamed or trying to hide anything at all. I tried to bring it to the attention of a staff member and they didnt do anything about it. I would not come here unless you like to use drugs. This is far from a family friendly enviroment, DO NOT bring children here. Just horrible.

A Private User

Excellent place! Had a large gathering of people for a night of bowling, pool, and bubble hockey, and the BOYB is great. The staff was exceptionally accommodating; they were always around and checked on us, very pleasant and friendly, and even took a few pictures for us. Definitely went above and beyond. The bowling is great, with a very nice computer setup, full keyboard for every separate lane and a score-keeping program with fun animations for strikes etc. Also, the bowling shows were surprisingly comfortable.

Place is ok, used to be a lot better. All though I tipped the bar tenders they still ignored me and kept serving others and I was also demanded to tip them in order to be served EVEN THOUGH I WAS TIPPING. My party also received the same bad attitude even they they, also, were tipping. I would suggest them to just get their liquor license and run a normal bar or they are going to bring in the wrong people and be a nuisance "bar". Also they still need to finish the renovations, they are using an old ally for smoking.

It was a G-r-e-a-t !!!! GREAT , atmosphere... The service was great and everyone is friendly and helpful... Even when requested parties they were always first come first serve and very persistent with service and Jeff the owner he is very rules demanding he doesnt let anyone get away with everything and me being a little it makes me feel very safe.. They have a wide atmosphere where anyone and everyone is welcome wether its your music or ethnic atmosphere they will always compliment the guest

ghetto "night club" wanna be with so much drugs coming in & out its a surprise theyre still open. they got in trouble already for serving alcohol after 2 am & even tho you dont "pay" for you alcohol its a mandatory tip so they get around it. the owner is a cracked out loser who cant keep a girl (or boy) with him long enough because he screws everyone over. trash trash trash would never recommend to another soul
