We had our wedding and reception at Capriottis July 1st, 2016 and it was The Best Day EVER! We had no idea a wedding could go so smoothly and be so stress free. The food was beyond excellent, the staff were professional and efficient, the onsite event planner-Cortney, was extremely helpful and thorough; and the owner, Tommy was personable and did not just treat us like a number. Some of the comments we have heard from our guests: "That was the classiest wedding I have been too" "Our dinner was served so fast" (We had roughly 180 guests which were served in less than 15 minutes) "The owner even came out and asked us how everything was" "There were no lines at the bar" "That food was amazing!"; "There was SO much food (which there WAS!!) We have absolutely zero complaints. Capriottis went ABOVE AND BEYOND what we had expected! Anyone would be CRAZY not to at least consider Capriottis and schedule to meet with the owner to discuss wedding/event packages. We searched and searched for wedding venues around the area (We wanted our day to be perfect). Capriottis was actually the last venue we looked into and we do not regret it one bit. Nothing else in or around this area compared-the service, what was included in the package, the price, and the staff were unheard of. We cannot express enough how WoNdErFuL EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE was. THANK YOU CAPRIOTTIS FOR MAKING OUR DAY EXTRA SPECIAL and giving us memories that will last a lifetime . We LOVE YOU and will miss wedding planning with you all.

I cannot begin to express how much we LOVED this venue. We had booked out wedding reception venue WAY back in 2015 for our April 2017 wedding. Well January 2017 comes around to find out our ORIGINAL venue canceled on us. We frantically looked for a new place right away with no luck. We called Capriottis and spoke to Cortney, the wedding coordinator and explained our situation. Tom, one of the owners, told us to come THAT day to see the space and talk to them. We just happened to call the DAY AFTER their April 22nd bride called and canceled THANK YOU GOD. What are the odds?? As soon as we pulled up the venue we thought...there is no way we can afford this place. We were wrong. They worked with us to match our prior venues prices and we even ended up saving money. Cortney and Tom were there for us every step of the way and they made everything SO easy. The day of, I knew we had nothing to worry about. Each guest was greeted at the door with our signature cocktails. They set up everything exactly how we wanted and then some. It was everything I have always dreamed my wedding would be and more. The food was superb and every guest told us that it was the BEST food and service they have EVER had at a wedding. Not to mention how beautiful everything was. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

After having an amazing experience at my cousins wedding held at Capriottis, I had not a doubt in my mind where I wanted my wedding. We chose Capriottis due to their wonderful staff, food, and venue! We were stressing trying to plan a wedding for about 130 people and our traveling guests from many states. My fiance and I do not live in the area, but the staff has been amazing at emailing and texting us our next steps and what I should be thinking about or accomplishing next. I feel in complete control and very little stress! Capriottis has helped us every step of the way. The staff is so friendly and supportive. My fiance and I loved the fact that the staff becomes your personal wedding planner for the day. During our meetings, they paid attention to all details and helped us plan every aspect, even items we never though of. Capriottis makes it so convenient for brides who dont want to worry at all on their big day. After talking them through your arrangements and your vision, they take charge and set up the space as you envision it. If you love Italian food, it is simply to die for! Amazing food, place, and staff! I am so happy I chose Capriottis for my wedding day! We know it will be so special and perfect!

Due to my poor experience in planning my wedding, I would highly advise you to not choose Capriottis when planning an event. In planning, we had several meetings and were told we would be getting 3/4 of the facility for our 150+ wedding. We were shown our room and told another wedding would be in the other section of the facility that day as well but would be gone by the time we had arrived. We even offered to push back our reception an hour to ensure they would be gone and were assured we would be the only wedding there. One month before our wedding we found out we would only have half the facility which would not comfortably accommodate our guests by any means. Capriottis basically called us liars and told us we were aware that we would only be getting half the whole time which was clearly not the case. We wound up having our reception at the Valley Country Club which I would HIGHLY recommend. The prices were comparable to Capriottis, but the venue was 100 times nicer, there was plenty of space, the view was PHENOMENAL and the food was spectacular. In a way, I almost have to thank Capriottis because if it werent for them, we would not have had such an amazing wedding!!!

Even though we book over a year in advance, we knew, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that we found the most perfect place after we had our tasting and left fuller-than-full on their amazing food. Capriottis is a beautifully designed Palazzo and we are so very pleased that we chose this venue for our August 2016 wedding. We heard and read other reviews about this venue, but to experience it first hand was amazing. They were very responsive and very accommodating especially when we were trying to plan from North Carolina. They provided us tons of decorating options to save on money, but they also let me put my DIY touches to our reception as well. We opted for a Friday wedding because it was cheaper and its nice knowing that they will clean up and store everything after the wedding for us so that we did not have to hustle to load everything that night. Our guests raved about this venue from our family style dinner and the amazing hors doeuvres that could have easily been the main course to the decor and overall appeal of the venue. I highly doubt that you could go wrong choosing Capriottis Palazzo for your next event!

Ive been at many Capriottis events both at Capriottis and at parties they catered. I was at a shower there Sunday, my brother was married there in June, I had the Grilling Menu at my house in May for a 1st Communion, and we order from the take-out menu for holidays. In every case, the food is great, the service is awesome and everybody is so helpful. For me, when I think of parties or food or Weddings, Capriottis is #1 on my list and there is no #2! Whether youre at a function they cater or youre the client, you cant help but be impressed by what they offer and more as a client - the amount of time, effort and stress they save you!
