Ive worked a local convention here every year for the last 6 years, and have never once been disappointed. The location is wonderful, easy to get to from both major local airports and from the highway. There is an excellent hotel connected to the convention center with lovely rooms. It is next door to downtown shopping in Hampton and this makes it easy to drive or even walk out to grab anything you may need. The staff at the center are wonderful and dont bat an eye when there are even a few thousand guests in the building.

Parking was a nightmare! Finding a space and then trying to exit after visiting the Gem and Mineral show made me rethink attending future events. Once inside, it was nice enough, I suppose. Only one concession location was open to serve three different events and it was minimal and pricey ($5+ for hotdogs and $2 for a can of soda).

Came here for the July 2017 SGK Gun show. The facility is very well kept, and staff is very polite and helpful. I would recommend eating before you go (plenty of selection nearby) as no outside food is allowed in, and youre going to pay the typical up- priced concession fees you see at any concert or sporting event.

Nice clean space with lots of meeting rooms for large groups. Clean modern bathroom facility with multiple stalls. Nice banquet area with catering staff. Plenty of parking. This facility was built to handle large crowds and it in a great easy to find location just off the interstate.

Nice rooms, amazing breakfast, free happy hour drinks. The family and I attend there when we come that way for a convention and its tied with the convention so its the stay at hotel choice to save on walking too.

Went here for the 19th annual neko con, the venue itself is gorgeous, and yhe adjacent hotel offers a quality dining experience in the cafe. Looking forward to returning for this years convention.

Full of people and art the modern architecture is a wonder. There is an indoor water feature that lends a calming effect to the large space. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about their city.

Ive been to a couple events here! Most recent was NekoCon! It was awesome fun and I got autographs! I went to the reptile expo! If an event happens here you know its gonna be huge.
