What I loved: DAN! I would like to begin by saying I was the bride and Dan is amazing! We began calling him "Dan the Man with a Plan". When we initially hired Dan, we had no idea he would be the key to making the wedding such a beautiful, calm day, even through what many would see as disastrous. The example below is only one thing that went awry in a full day. Each item that was altered was above and beyond compensated by Dans creativity and quick thinking. He gets things done and keeps everyone going. The mansion is above beautiful, but Dan is truly the key to making it a special place. The Big Mistake: I did as most brides do and read through reviews, compared prices, ensured all bases were covered and hired Weddings and Events by Kristin to do all of the bridal partys hair and makeup, to include my moms and my mother-in-laws. As required in the contract, we also paid in full, with the exception of a few people who had added on a few services. I opted out of any trial hair and makeup, deciding to spend time with my family instead. (We are military and havent been able to get home in about 2 years). Sunday morning came and she never showed. How Dan handled it: He not only knew someone, he knew someone amazing! He called his niece and she showed up within 20 min with a curling iron, bobby pins, a few hair ties and hair spray. She did almost everyones hair (a few of the girls opted to save time and do each others) and we were only 15 min late to the ceremony. This is just one of the many things Dan was able to handle at a moments notice. He also worked very well with the DJ, Photographer and Videographer (wedding pros) to ensure the wedding tasks were completed at a reasonable time line. He tried throughout the day to contact Weddings and Events by Kristin to get a refund or get her out to complete services. He ensured the tables and arrangements were flawless and amazing. He also works very well with QT Catering, which did an amazing job with all of the hors doeuvres and served meal. Dan the Man definitely always had a way to flex immediately and prepare for whatever was needed in a moments notice. He went above and beyond what was expected. The grounds were beautiful, the mansion was beautiful and everything has been amazing. I cannot imagine having gone through this process without having Dan help us out!

This venue is absolutely amazing! When my mom and I (the bride) went to first visit the mansion in the summer of 2015, Dan (the venue manager) was extremely friendly and professional. He made it known that he wanted this venue to be unlike any other in regards to the options that you had for everything (and I do mean everything!) Dan used to be a florist before running the Brasenhill, so he knew what kinds of rules and regulations were frustrating for outside vendors and their customers to work with when utilizing certain venues. His goal was to make sure that this venue was your home for the day, with no outlandish regulations to worry about in the process. As my mom and I talked with Dan about our “wish list” for our perfect venue, despite our smaller wedding budget, Dan seemed to have an idea for everything! Not only was the Brasenhill great to work with; the venue was STUNNING the day of! Dan worked extremely hard to utilize our budget in the best way possible. The day of the rehearsal, we gave Dan all the décor and linens that we made, and he set up everything for us! Dan does not set up your decorations until you leave the rehearsal, so everything is a wonderful surprise the day of the wedding! I was absolutely floored when I saw what what he had done on my wedding day! All I kept thinking was, “Oh my goodness, this is MY wedding! I can’t believe this gorgeous place is for me today!” My photographer had obviously been at many weddings before, and she said that our wedding at the Brasenhill was the prettiest she’d ever been to! You can use the venue all day, and there is also a huge bridal suite and man cave to use to get ready! I would recommend the Brasenhill Mansion to anyone who asked! It’s a great venue for a great price!

How do I write this review without making it close to a novel in length? When my (now) husband and I were touring venues...every place was just a, "I guess we could get married here". But when we finally found Brasenhill and after our tour with Dan, we left with butterflies in our stomachs. We KNEW that this was our venue. I simply can not imagine my wedding have being held anywhere else. Brasenhill is immaculate, inside and out. The compliments weve received as to how beautiful the property and wedding were are countless. After seeing photos, all of my vendors simply COULD NOT WAIT until our wedding day to come see this beautiful venue. Brasenhill may be a newer venue, but this is by far not Dans first rodeo. He is a pro who absolutely knows what he is doing and genuinely has his clients desires and needs at the top of his list. Dan holds the perfect balance of calmness, enthusiasm, and authority. From having coffee and donuts ready for us when we arrived the morning of (which was JUST what I needed), to immediately reassuring me "weve got this covered" to any snafu, to giving us so much freedom to truly make our wedding day "us", Dan was so accommodating and generous in every aspect. Many people told me that day that I was the calmest bride theyve seen, and Dan is largely to thank for that. I can honestly say I had zero worries with Dan in charge. I am confident that our experience at Brasenhill could not have been beat anywhere else. As another reviewer said, GO check out Brasenhill. You will absolutely we swept away.

The moment my fiancé and I first visited Brasenhill Mansion, I was taken away. My fiancé was like a kid in a candy store, smiling from ear to ear, he told me to keep a poker face because he didnt want me to fall in love so quickly with a venue, which I wouldve likely done. So during our tour, I had my poker face on and we left without securing a date. After leaving, my fiancé and I immediately knew Brasenhill was where we were getting married so a week later we called Dan, visited again and secured our date! From then on, DAN has been my saving grace. He is honestly the most genuine, hard working, caring and passionate person who listens to what you want and works with what you have. He makes sure that your day is going to be just as you want but even better. I always told him I had a vision but needed someone to execute it and he did more than that. The mansion is simply beautiful, the gorgeous bridal suite speaks for itself and the man cave is every grooms dream where they can just relax, play pool and darts before walking down the aisle. I cannot thank Dan enough for everything he has done and brides to be, I promise you that you will not be disappointed with Brasenhill Mansion. :)

One of the most beautiful venues in Lebanon! This historical mansion is stunning both inside and out. Its also very spacious; perfect for you and your bridal party to get ready in for your wedding day. Dan ODonnell is an absolute sweetheart whom I adore! I just love working with him. He makes your wedding day flow smoothly and makes sure his couples and their friends and families are taken very good care of all throughout the day. He does the same for your vendors.
