This pet shop has been a staple for in the lehigh valley area for years. It has been around for as long as I can remember. I always make sure I stop in whenever I am in the Westgate Mall. They prices are the best I have seen in the area, but more importantly their business practices, and friendly service are commendable. They also refrain from selling caged dogs for ethical reasons, which is a definite plus for my family. They are patient to let my daughter look at all the animals within the store. I wish every place did business this way.

Ive been shopping and learning here for over 4 years and will continue. This shop is a jewel - its not just the fine stock available, its also the fine staff. The staff is knowledgeable about their stock and products, and they are interested in your concerns. A pet owner (fish, dogs, cats, rabbits, mice, lizards, &c) will not find a better shop.

Definitely not worth the trip especially when you drive here and the girl tells you sorry you cant come in this isle to look at the pets because Im cleaning and tells you to have a good day like. shes insisting that you leave. Waste of my gas and money I litterally just left and will never return
