Ordered a Ecotec Radion Pro from them online. There was a slight issue with shipping and the owner Brian personally emailed me, fixed the shipping issue and paid to have it shipped overnight! TB Aquatics will be my go-to for anything reef related. Small business has my business. Before going to big box retailers like Marine Depot do yourself a favor and check out TB Aquatics! Great prices and even better customer service!

Dont order from here, I ordered through amazon and they shipped me what appeared to be old stock defective merchandise and then gave me the run around to return it. They told me in a email that they will fully refund me only if I agree not to post any reviews. I just cant believe the things they are emailing me ,Very unprofessional and shady company.
