Its a beautiful park and I had high hopes until I got inside. A woman was there with two border collies and would not rein one of them in when it was getting aggressive with my five month old lab. I think the border was Scarlett and was extremely aggressive in "herding" and "playing". The woman just laughed and said "oh shes not fighting just herding" well F*** that!! It was my pups second time at a park and he was trying to play. She just kept herding him aggressively and at an extremely fast pace. Shed then trip him up cuz hes still a little clumsy and just run over him then not let him up. The last straw was when I called Enzo Come (a command he is amazingly good at!) and he tried to come my way but she blocked, ran him in the opposite direction, and wouldnt let me get him. I grabbed him and left. CONTROL your damn dog lady!!! Ill give it one more shot but I wont even go in if see them there.

10/10 would NOT recommend!! Most of these dogs have no respect and neither do the owners. Watch out for a German Shephard named hunter and a Doberman (not sure the name) two different owners. Took my 5 month old puppy to the park to play, both dogs attacked my puppy. Owners would not own up to what their dogs did. My friend had to rip Hunter off of me while holding my puppy because he would not get off of me and kept trying to get to my puppy. Currently taking my puppy to the vet due to a hole in his face. BEWARE.

Nice, mostly quiet place to beat the heat on a summer afternoon. Dog park is basically a fenced in meadow with a few trees with plastic chairs under them. Im not sure if theres a fountain or anything to provide water. It has plenty of big tall pine trees outside the dog park that provide a good deal of shade and relief from the heat. Theres a Pokéstop at the pedestrian entrance to the park by the dog park, and a Pokémon gym at the street parking side on 162nd St.

This is one of my favorite dog parks in Portland the only issue I would say if I had to say one would be the parking is not very good but other than that I think its a great place to bring your dog to socialize with other dogs and to run free off the leash and grass and trees. Sorry I would definitely recommend.

There are some idiots that come here, but the park itself is pretty nice. Look out for some crazy middle aged white guy that will yell and scream and anyone over stupid things. Youll know its him when he throws a fit and speeds away in his big, dumb pickup truck.

Only dog park east of 205! (Which makes it 5 stars alone.) Bring boots because it gets hella muddy but usually theres a good turnout and lots of big trees to walk through from the street.

Great place to let our pups run and play. The water faucet is a great addition. Nice trees and theres seating for ppl who need it. Finding a place to park is the only down side.

Cute park with a decent sized off-leash area for dogs. It was our first time today and it was beautiful out, so there were quite a few pups and their people in attendance. ☺

Unlike the review stated below, this park does not have a playground. Its a dog park with a beautiful small forest and trails, all flat, but no equipment for kids to play on.

Good place to take the dogs off leash and throw the ball around. Love the wooded area for a nice stroll on leash.
