This park was great for all sorts of activities. We used it for a softball practice since theres a diamond there and plenty of field to hit in. (Its also close to the batting cages on Stark.) The lower diamond is normally dirt but it was all grown in last weekend. Maybe they dont tend to it in the winter, who knows? We were still able to hold a successful practice. While we were there, we saw basketball players, a girl practicing discus, bikers, families and dog walkers all equally enjoying the spacious park too. Sadly, some of those dog walkers didnt scoop... so watch out for land mines! EEEEEW!

Nice wide open spaces and tall trees. Theres a drinking fountain and a porta potty that seems like its always open, (broken padlock, working door lock). The playground is no great shakes, but its got a dangerous old merry-go-round, couple of swings, slide, and see-saws. Very wet in the mornings, because sprinklers turn on overnight. Keeps out the riffraff.

I grew up here going to the elementary school, broke my wrist on the slide, enrolled my son in headstart Met the love of my life here, suntanned with my son while being pregnant, jumped the fence and ate peoples veggies and fruit and threw my wedding ring into the garden and never found it.

Its an average park. Nothing special about it. A slide and some swings. They do concerts in the park here during the summer which is fun and there is a large open area for sporty sport stuff. But mostly its average.

This is a great little park with a good playground for the kids to play & picnic tables for lunch. My kids attended CSS right next door for K through 8th & we spent many afternoons here.

Nice little neighborhood park. People flow their dogs off leash, but it is not enclosed.
