The second star is only because the pilot was cool. And we didnt die. I will never go back here again. Go somewhere professional. Its worth the extra cost. If you go here get ready to wait until the last plane. Or to stand over top of them until you get put on the list. Pros · Nice people · Gear/plane is in okay shape This is where it ends for the good.. Cons The facilitys rest rooms where in very poor shape, smelling aweful. ·No comunication between people working there. ·WAIT TIME. 4 HOURS The communication of the staff was awful. My appointment was at 2. I didnt get in gear until 6! A 4 hour extra wait after my appointment. We had 6 large partys jump before us. Even with room on their plane. ·The jump cordinator had no idea what was going on. ·If you use Grupon they treat you like you arent even paying. Putting people who show up later ahead of you. ·We had to ask 4 times to get put on the next plane up. That was AFTER our appointment time. Even then they kicked people off the next plane to get me and my party up. Witch not all of us went together. We went there so we could all jump together. Witch didnt happen.. They only "rushed" putting us on because I said Id want my money back if Im not going up on the next plane. ·They never owned the mistake of making us wait 4 extra hours. Blaming it on bad weather, when we watched party after party go up without delay. ·They did NOTHING to make up for the wait. No bottles of water or anything. We had to wait outside in the sun. For 4 extra hours.

Great experience and an amazing birthday present for my boyfriend! Unfortunately the whole experience was ruined when they said they had pictures available to view. After waiting over a half hour and trying get the computer to work with no communication about what was going on... the girl behind the computer was very rude. After asking if it was just possible to have the pictures burned and just mailed to me, she storms without a word to another girl in the field and just sits down and then proceeds to get snippy with me! All I was asking for is answers and when there is no customer service about trying to make others satisfied. I would not recommend this place to others.

It was one of My Most Enjoyable Peak Life Experiences!! The jump was Amazing!! Incredible staff that are very accommodating, from beginning to end!! Top Instructors and Pilots who go above and beyond to make your Sky Diving experience-One That You Will Never Forget!!! It was Amazing and very Beautiful up there and floating down!!! Thank You To the Entire Staff and especially my Instructor Ted!!! Amazing Experience!!! Loved It!!!❤❤

Sorry for my English but really want write review. Its my second jump and first time in this place. Its way too expensive out there!!! For man who wearing GoPro and shoot video its 100$more and if you want "slideshow" its 35$ more! last time I was in "AerOhio" paid 100$ for video and pictures and it shoots different skydiver which jump by himself just for shoot me. "AerOhio" way better place to go!

We also had to deal with delays, couldnt even jump first day we tried because of Ohio weather. I dont fault them for that, thats the crew being safe and professional. I let my kids do their first jump there as an eighteenth birthday present and never felt nervous about it. I dont think I could give them a higher endorsement than that.
