This park in German Village is amazing. Free tennis courts, basketball courts, a childrens play area, ponds to fish in and a rec center with fitness equipment and a gym for a small fee. The park is huge and has lots of flowers and walking paths. Very dog friendly even for off leash dogs that are well behaved (not enclosed park). There are Gris and picnic tables, too.

An excellent park to take a walk, or take your dog for a walk. There is a small play ground area, a recreational center with basketball and public bathrooms. There is a small pond and an outdoor theatre that has a few performances throughout the summer. This is also a great place to take wedding, engagement, and baby photos.

Nice, small old world European type park in the German Village area. Always people there doing their thing, so you can people watch. My only issue is that they do not have bathroom facilities. There are some restaurants and a gas station a few blocks away, but that can be problematic for people with smaller kids.

Safe, fun park .....after all its German Village...they dont tolerate foolishness...lotsa dogs....but friendly...if u have a problem with peoples dogs approaching your children...this park is not for you....harmless pets though...no place to use the bathroom after the center closes though(check the time they close)

There are quite a few things to do. There is a picnic and cookout area. A playground for small and bigger kids. There is a pond that you can sit by or fishing for kids and adults. There are places to walk for enjoyment or exercise. Its a very nice place to take your kids and family for a day of fun in the sun.

It is an extremely beautiful place to visit. A gorgeous bridge overlooking a pond where geese/ducks roam, wonderful flowers everywhere, park for kids to play on, tennis/basketball courts, and rec center. This park is an awesome place to walk your dog(s), spend time with family or just need some alone timem

Great scenic park in German village. Has ball court, ponds, fountains, plenty of paths, and occasionally outdoor theatre. Great place for a walk. I personally take my dog here for walks. Also a great place for a picnic. There are a variety of gardening and landscaping features to enjoy. Two thumbs up!

Beautiful sprawling park with lake, youth center, tennis court, huge jungle gym, giant Hill for sledding in the winter time, and a stage for evening and night time plays during the summer, this wonderful park is truly an artistic Oasis in southern Columbus just east of high Street and Thurman ave

I love this park, it has a nice walking path around it, and the best part is it is dog friendly! Dogs are allowed to be off leash here as long as they respond to your direct verbal commands. Has a pond for fishing and beautiful gardens, also quotes on the main walkway in English and German.

Another great date place in Columbus. During the summer Ive seen plays at their amphitheater, and there is plenty of room to walk around on the sidewalks. When it starts getting darker, a lot of homeless people will come to the park and sometimes ask you for money or just stand/lay around.

Beautiful park right smack in the middle of a metropolis! Nice Rec. center, basketball courts, and a nice fenced in playground for the kids. There is a small pond with a fountain and cool little bridge going across. Actually a lot of history in this little park! Check it out!!

Great location to visit. Even in the winter when its snowing. I highly recommend you park off 4th closer the the freeway and make your way down through the village and across it and back on your trip. The local shops are great to visit when exploring the park any time of year.

The park is much bigger than I imagined. I watched a play there with friends, and we all plan to return. Theres a pond with fountain, playground, and several picnic tables. If watching a play, take a chair or blanket, bug spray, and light jacket or sweat shirt.

Love Schiller! I began coming here when I moved to Columbus over 30 years ago. I brought my daughters here when they were little, and now I walk my dog here. Beautiful space with a really cool history that you can read about within the park.

A beautiful, expansive greensword in the heart of the German Village southeast of downtown Columbus. Safe playground for kiddies, room to romp, and a little sledding hill for snowy days. Locals call it their "little Central Park,"

Schiller Park is gorgeous! And theres a ton of Pokestops and 3 gyms. I go there mostly for Pokemon hunting because its in a good neighborhood, theres lots of Pokemon and stops, and theres usually more awesome people there.

Pleasant place to have a picnic or just to take a walk around the park. Nice place to take your children to run and play, or play basketball at the court, or do a little bit of fishing if thats where your comfort zone is.
