Well maintained local park in Taylor with a 1.25 mile long jogging/biking/skating paved path; beautiful scenery; several baseball diamonds (they hold the International Junior League Baseball Series every year) and soccer fields; several picnic shelters with public bathrooms close by and a large playscape for children. Also, on the other side of the park, it has a large pond with ducks and geese, frogs and fish with a wooden covered bridge that crosses the pond. Fishing is allowed and there are 3 fountains that light up different colors at night. A waking path that is lit up by old fashioned lamppost lights are nicely placed along the .65 mile path around the pond.

A very nice park in the area. It became more busy after Pokemon go was released. Theres atleast 20-30 pokestops in the area and atleast 2 Pokemon gyms. Both sides of the park go in a loop. One side is more sporty with playing fields and a somewhat joggable walk loop. The other side of the park is nicely designed for a walk in the park. It goes in a loop around the pond where some people fish as a family activity teaching the kids, no real fishermen sportsman. Pets are allowed and doggy bags provided around the loop and trash cans too. Definitely a place to check out if you are in the area.

This place has many ball fields both soccer and baseball and softball. The facilities are nice with restroom facilities. There is a nice small pond to walk around with many ducks and geese that you can see. They have a good sized playground appropriate for all ages of kids. They have a good walking track that goes around most of the park. We go here probably once a month or so when it is nice out.

Well kept park with a variety of activity sites. The pedestrian / biker path is both short enough for casual strollers and long enough for those seeking endurance challenging exercises. There several soccer fields and of differing sizes, and multiple baseball fields. There is a playground with modern playground equipment. And there is a nice pond to comfortably stroll around.

Really good petting farm! The animals (goats, sheep, turkey, pigs, ducks) are friendly. Some animals dont want to interact, like the llamas, but whats good is that the staff wont force them to interact with you, so they dont feel pressured at all. You can tell that they are all domesticated and well taken care of. The ambiance of the park is also very relaxing.

Great local park with tons of green space! Awesome trails through the woods. Its like a country retreat away from the city. Paved walking track for both walkers and bikers. Plenty of parking. I love to bring my dog into the woods, he loves it. To the time to visit a wonderful park in Taylor.

The fishing is good, at least for my son. The lake is beautiful. If youre interested in a walk, jog, or bike ride, the path around the lake is great and scenic. Or you can use the paths around the picnic area behind the lake. There are many things to see and do.

Great place to walk/ride bikes...but the pond that was something so great to look at initially and walk by has become a swamp..its disgusting and stinks, why bother investing time and money if your not gonna do the upkeep on it?
