Going to this nightclub for a concert has been one of the worst experiences I have had. I bought a first row table for 4 people that cost me A LOT of money and never got it because "someone took my table" and nothing was done about it. But lets start from the beginning. First, the concert was supposed to start at 9pm, but at 10:45pm was the time they decided to open the doors to the club. My mother and myself waited in line for about 2hrs with high temperatures and high humidity. Later, when we finally come in, the heat inside Delfin Nightclub was unbearable, it made the concert impossible to enjoy. Afterwards, like I said before, I thought that I would come in and there would be a table for me, but noooooo!!! They told me that someone would set a table for me. I waited standing like a dumbass for hour or more until the concert started, the concert finished and I never got my table. Every time I tried to get help from people working there I got bad looks from the staff and never got any help. My mother who is 64 years old with knee problems had to stand most of the concert until people at a table offered her to sit with them. This is unacceptable! I have tried contacting them for a week now to get my money back, but they have not replied to any of my calls or messages. I knew about 30 people that went to the concert and all of them had very bad experiences, think more than twice before going to a concert sold by these thieves!
