The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is very clean and well laid out. Good selection of complimentary nibbles and drinks. Unfortunately, some of the other guests dont know how to use inside voices, lay off the profanity or that you probably shouldnt have phone conversations on speaker phone.

My second home. This is where I head between clearing pre-check and my flight. The staff here are great. The food selection is the same lackluster selection most domestic United Clubs offer. The wifi here is super-fast which is great for conference calls and pre-flight productivity.

Overall a nice club. Only complaint is the restrooms as there was a very very strong sewer smell that became even worse once the toilets were flushed. I told the folks at the front desk who dismissed it as it does that all the time. They even gave a chuckle about it.

Nice. They let us use the family room while traveling with my two sons who got to watch TV while on a layover. Friendly staff.
