Visiting family and decided to check out this place from what locals said was one of the best stops.. gave it three stars only cause of the bouncers on one end of the club.. the Latin club told me if I paid the admission I could hop both cowboys and their club so I paid ten bucks and then he said I had to enter thru the front at cowboys then there they told me is was additional 5 .. told that bouncer what I was told and he said idk what your talking about its 5 cause its a diff club.. Then as Im using the restroom I see the connection to the club and here that bouncer tell people its 10 to jump from cowboys to the bar/club next door.. Overall I had a ton of fun tonight but is was sad that I was overcharged because I wasnt a "regular" I will come back but I know how much to pay next time.. On a postive note drinks were really cheap compared to what Im used to paying in Virginia. A lot of ladies too .. 3 girls to 1 guy is awesome ratio. Thanks for the fun

I really like the bar itself. Nobody expects a country bar to be spotlessly clean and thats ok. This one isnt dirty by any means. Its a bar lol. We drive from Gainesville to go here and have been a few times. The bartenders all seem pretty nice, your bouncers suck at their jobs overall. I watched one hitting on an underage girl while she had a drink in one hand while hiding her other one with the x on it lol.. One of your bouncers just walked around with his sleeves cut off trying to be scary. It seems they mostly have little man syndrome. Kind of sad and pathetic. And the worst part of every time weve been is the DJ.... God this guy sucks. He spends more time talking on the mic about dumb irrelevant stuff than playing music. He needs to stop trying to get laid by talking to girls over the music and he needs to stop just cutting songs off right in the middle. Its not mixing, thats called being a horrible dj.

I recently moved to Ocala and I have frequented this place for the past few months. I go in tonight to see some friends and the bouncer outside says that my license looks fake. (Its my same commercial drivers license from the state of Louisiana that Ive used at this place many times) I still get in because he tries to question me of what information is on my license. I obviously answer his questions correctly because its my actual drivers license from the state of Louisiana. He had a badge clipped on to his pocket that I noticed (not sure if it was real or not) He might want to do more research before he tries to accuse people of having fake licenses because he has let me into the bar before after checking my license. Please educate your ignorant bouncers.

Went in for a concert, paid $50 for tickets for myself and my girlfriend. Spent 15 minutes inside and we had to leave before the show even started because my girlfriends asthma started acting up because of the smoking inside. The people at the front were friendly and recognized us, and tried to get us a refund. The boss would not give us a refund, even though we literally did nothing for 15 minutes before realizing we couldnt stay in there. Pretty terrible to just steal $50 from someone like that when we didnt get what we paid for. Sort of heartless, but whatever. Not planning on ever coming back. Dont spend the money you stole off of honest and hard working people in one place.

I always have a good time when I go here. I go on Saturdays for the "sink or swim" which is $20 all you can drink of Wells, Smirnoff, crown royal, a couple kinds of beer and I think a few other things. They play country music and there is usually people line dancing but when it gets later in the night they mix in some hip hop as well and oddly enough people have line dances for those too. Its a good time. Only complaint is it is smokey in there. Im from NY where people never smoked in bars so it takes some getting used to but there is pretty poor ventilation so it all just sits in the air.

Pool tables dont work right they wont fix them even when we ask they look at them then go on dont come. I been there more than one time same thing and the light on one pool table dont work at all they ant fixed it yet still charge &2.00 a game that dont care that makes me mad as hell because I like to go there when I go I take 5to10 people with me they ride the bull and shoot a lot of pool and to see girls and its a dame shame that they cant keep the pool tables working with the lights

So disappointed smoking is allowed. Music is fair. Very young crowd, line dance lessons taught at warp speed (and hey, Ive been dancing for 25 years and taught line dance for 10). Alcohol apparently permitted on the dance floor so spilled everywhere. Slippery when wet and sticky when it dries. Bar brawl the night after we were there. Sign o the times I guess. Too bad its the only game in town for country western dancing.

Predator works here bouncing. Watch out for Justin, females get brought in side entrance given drinks and sometimes with a drug. Women then convinced to come to after hours party at Justins friends house where he and his friends run a train on the woman. I have texts from Justin asking the girl if I have a safe at my house so he can rob me. Watch this clown.

Used to be a great COUNTRY bar but I guess the new dj is more concerned with having sex in his dj booth then playing COUNTRY music at at COUNTRY bar. This place was once good and anyone could go to it and have a great time. Now it is full of strippers to get the bar full. It is a sad day that a COUNTRY bar is like that.

The young ladies dress only for sex, so if youre a young man who wants some, theres plenty here for you. They should have some sort of dress code. I also have an issue about going into a spot and there is a nice dance floor, but the rest of the floors are so nasty by 10:30 p.m., that you are sticking to them!!!

Absolutely horrible service from the bartenders if youre not a "regular". I will never be back to this s**thole "country" bar! Far from a country bar! Change your name! How can you call your bar Cowboys?! You barely play any country music! My first and only time that I will ever spend a dime in your bar!

I like this place, but the bartenders dont really know what they are doing. They all look 18/19 and are inexperienced. This place is ok... its located RIGHT NEXT TO Ocalas police department so... its like swimming with the sharks.

Fun group tonight, great music, very nice people, lots of great dancers, it was packed but safe and good clean fun.
