Recently went to the Paul Brown Stadium for a country concert. I was impressed with the stadium had wonderful parking right across from the stadium. I have been to many Reds games so I am familiar with the area. My biggest beef with the event was the staff at the stadium. I went with my husbands cousin and her mother, it was during scorching hot weather, then venue didnt have vendors set up outside the gate at all selling water, there wasnt any access to water unless you left the venue and walked about a block and a half. Seeings that this was such a HUGE event there were lines to get in, we were in line for over and hour standing in the scorching sun. Again with no water vendors anywhere. When people asked to get into the gate to get water the security said they would have to wait. In the process of all of this, my husbands cousin began to feel faint and very hot, the gates were just about to open when she began feeling this way. Took forever to get through security and they could clearly see she was about to pass out. Finally after making it through we were met by a Cincinnati police officer who could clearly see she was having trouble walking about to faint, instead of saying "is she okay, do you need help?" He states "HAS SHE BEEN DRINKING?" In a rude tone, well you could clearly see that she is under age, and very sick. We replied with a NO we have been standing out side in scorching hot weather with nothing to drink because you will not allow us in the gates. After all this huff and puff from the officer, they call medical staff which took close to 15 minutes to get there. They kept dispatching people once they got there but no one was answering. So they decided to take her to a cooling station, which we found out was just an air conditioned room with NO, yes I said NO medical staff. When asked what they were going to do, they said well we cant take your vitals because we have no one here to do it and no equiptment for it. I was very disappointed in this. There was about 25-30 people who came in from passing out due to heat. Also, lets say you had a cut or something no first aid kits either. Not very prepared for this event, or for this heat. That is a little alarming, but they were sure prepared to give a 15 yr old a breathalizer. Such a shame. Not to mention lets please charge and arm and a leg for water..... $6.00 for a water was a little excessive seeings how everyone was dying of thirsty by the time you got in there you guys really made a killing. Maybe you could take that money and buy a medical staff that is worth it. NOT HAPPY

I think this stadium is beautiful and all that jazz..BUT I have never been more disappointed with staff, managers, and the facility as a whole until last night. I attended the free concert in which I was granted general admission in the yellow section. Now, I get it was a free concert but if you are going to assign people colored sections, then you should make sure that people, who have tickets for that section, ARE IN THAT SECTION! Want to know WHY you had to open up extra seating last night for yellow? Because you had too many people NOT in yellow in that area and your wonderful staff did absolutely NOTHING about the problem. I had two little girls with me that were very upset that we were told we either had to sit on the side of the stadium where you couldnt see anything except stage equipment and a screen OR we had to go sit in blue which was a level up!!!! This was absolutely a mess and we did not expect to be treated by ALL the staff like absolute dirt because they were confronted about not making sure people were in the correct sections. The staff even said they had no idea what was going on when people started showing up and that they were confused as well and just let people sit wherever they wanted!! This is unacceptable. If you have a free concert you need to be organized about it. This event was completely ruined for us and I am very unimpressed with the staff and the organization of the whole event. Demi Lovato was GREAT, but if youre going to assign people sections and SEATS (which were on my ticket) but call it general admission then you need to make sure its organized! 2 little girls were heartbroken and I was very upset with your staff that I was in tears and not ONE of the managers helped us or cared to help us and talked to me like I was absolute trash.

Cincinnati Music Festival. Seats in the stands are too far away from the stage to see anything so youre forced to watch the concert from the big screens. Seating is great for football. Unless youre in the youre in the upper levels, seats seem close to the field. The club lounge is very nice. Of course there is a longer line in the ladies room than for the mens room but, there were enough stalls that the line moved at a good pace. Just dont wait until the last minute if youre a woman. Lost a star because prices for drinks are crazy. $11 for a tall can of beer! I wonder if thats the price they charge during football games. I am sure there were plenty of people like me who refused to pay that much and didnt buy anything alcoholic. I was here 2 years ago so I made sure to have a drink before going in. Thank God I am not much of a drinker! Only one person in my row bought beer. Everyone else snuck drinks in. I think I went through a metal detector while my purse was scanned but, my belt had a lot of metal in it and I got thru with no problems. The staff was friendly. Not sure if its allowed but, there were plenty of people smoking on the ramps with no issues from security. Overall, its a great place for a huge concert, plenty of parking in an underground parking ramp 2blocks away for $10 and surface lots 1 block away for $20. Getting away from the stadium was a lot less hectic than I thought it would be. We dont know Cincinnati so we just programed Google Maps then ignored it and let it redirect us while we followed routes police set up. It was quick getting to the interstate with all the traffic. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

I gave it two stars for being photogenic, but it is NOT fan friendly in my opinion. No lids available for the soft drinks?? Honestly?? Per the staff-that one little piece that is SOOOO convenient for the fans "creates too much garbage".. You have GOT to be kidding me. No problem with the straw, the straw wrapper or the cup itself, but that lid that keeps people (especially children) from spilling VERY expensive, and very SLIPPERY soft drinks all over the stadium "creates too much garbage"???????? That is utterly preposterous!!!! Went there last week with my husband for a "Family Day" practice session. Only one type of concession stand available throughout the entire stadium with very little variety. The concept was to have a good time, watch them practice and afterward the team members go around and sign autographs. Since the fans were still in the seats and players still on the field.....there were so many children clamoring to get to the railing and then hanging way over the edge to dangle whatever they wanted to get signed. Not to mention the inconsiderate adults.....I wont even go into that. I do root for the Bengals, but considering the "questionable" ability of the team itself, you would think the stadium itself would make MUCH more of an attempt to be inviting to the patrons.
