We and many around us had a very sad and disappointing visit to watch FSU wil a ballgame last night and some of these people had driven hundreds of miles to support the team. We had seats in 111 row 4 and had a great view. up until the game started, then everyone in front us thought they had to stand to watch the ballgame when they could sit and see just fine. I asked several times for them to sit and got dirty looks, gestures and everything else. I then went and asked for a manager and was presented with a very young lady named Leslie. I explained the situation that I and many others were having. Her response was to offer to move us up many levels for better visibility ( a slap in the face to us) I of course declined and asked the to get them to sit. She stated it was policy to allow people to stand at a foodball game regardless of whoever couldnt see. I find this hard to believe as she never once asked them to sit. I told her if she heard a commtion it would be us asking them tp be courteous and sit to allow others to view the game. She told me if I did we would be ejected and no refunds. Needless to say I threw away 400.00 on something that was to be a part of my wifes christmas and had to come home and watch it on the tv. IF YOU DO NOT WANT PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES TO ATTEND FUNCTIONS, THEN JUST POST A SIGN TO SAY SO. Not make them spend more on parking where they still must walk a long way and also not sit them up high in the back so they cant see the game. I realize no one will read this and having any level of understanding. Your policy must be changed before some ADA lawyers gets a hold of the amount you discriminate againg persons with disabilities and wins a major award. would love to hear some executive decision to back up her response to my request and the fact that she did not care if people with disabilities came to the games or not. thanks Stan

Long time Panthers fan. We had a great time at the game yesterday. I havent been to a game in over ten years. The renovations are great! I had to post because of reading the reviews of people complaining about people standing and the no backpack/ purse policy. Are you people serious?!? lol. ITS. A. FOOTBALL.GAME! Get over yourselves and know what to expect. Your complaints are silly to 95% of people who will go to watch a sporting event at the stadium. Didnt expect much from the food and it was average to below average. It tasted like what youd get at a convenience store. The game experience was outstanding! we sat on the top tier near the 20yd line and the view was outstanding.. skyline included. Taking the train in is a big plus as well. Its an excellent value and very clean and safe. We parked a couple miles down south blvd and the walk from the station to the stadium was a only a couple blocks. I cant wait to go back next year. #keeppounding

Ladies: Do not bring your wallets! Womens wallets are now classified as purses, despite the fact that only an absolute moron would think that a wallet is a purse. If you bring your wallet, even though it is not a purse, and try to go through the security line, they will then send you to the bag check line. They cannot explain to you what the difference is between your wallet and a mans wallet, just that your wallet is somehow more dangerous because its longer. We missed the first 15 minutes of the game because they couldnt be bothered to make some sort of announcement saying that womens wallets are not allowed. So we stood in one security line, then got turned around and had to go stand in another just because they didnt like my style of wallet. Its not even one of the big ones that holds a cell phone. Its a tri-fold just like my boyfriends wallet. It actually holds less than my boyfriends wallet. Just giving you a heads up about the bullshit.

The stadium was nice but some of the people they have working there need to brush up on their people skills! I got up to security and had a large security man get in my face and yell at me because I had a small purse with me. I did not know I could not bring on into the stadium, a simple statement from him would have worked, yelling at me to leave the stadium was not appropriate. A nice lady who worked there told me I had options to check my bag at 2 locations or take it back to my car. At the metal detector a man held out a tray to place items in before walking through. Silly me placed my wallet and cell phone in it and he yelled "Not that!" Since I placed 2 items I was confused since I have placed both these items to be scanned multiple times before. Instead of saying keep your phone on you, he just yelled "Not that!" at least 2 more times. I will really need to see something bad to return to Bank of America Stadium.

Ive attended many games at BOA cheering on my beloved Carolina Panthers and coming to Fan Fests and Draft Parties. It was a nice stadium before the recent renovations, but now with the escalators, new jumbro-trons, and upgraded sound system. The in game experience is second to none! Ive read a coupe bad reviews from un-informed people, this really irks me as its the fans responsibility to know policies. Like ANY NFL game in every stadium no longer allows for large purses/backpacks. You have to have clear plastic totes to carry anything in, this is in all 32 NFL stadiums not just ours. Either go put it in the car or face the consequences (they throw your bag away). And others complaining about people standing up at a football game the whole time.....ITS A FOOTBALL GAME YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO STAND, CHEER, AND SCREAM THE ENTIRE GAME ROOTING FOR YOUR TEAM. Go Panthers!

This stadium is a sight to behold and absolutely beautiful from the outside. Inside concessions are decent but overpriced. Team store is outrageous with no discounts for PSL owners or pretty much anyone (unlike the Hornets and Knights stores). Security is ridiculous. You know how many people have tickets. You know how many more people will be milling about. Bad signage and fencing in odd places combined with slow lines and welcome to a sweaty afternoon of waiting to get into the stadium. On the flip side, the tour of the stadium on non-game days is fabulous. Seeing all the various areas and learning the history of the stadium and the team cant be beat - and that is relatively inexpensive to do as well. Ill keep coming back to watch the NFL, ACC, Belk Bowl and International Cup b/c what else can you do if you want to attend those games?

Nice looking stadium to see a game, but I have a complaint. I dont mind security measures and bag checks, but they made me empty my purse into a clear plastic bag, and then put my purse into a bin...I was informed "we cannot be responsible." I clearly thought this meant it would just sit there until the end of the game and if someone stole my bag too bad, so sad. What they failed to mention is that they throw away all the purses. So at the end of the game I was rudely informed that my purse had been put in the trash...and that I had been given the option at the entrance when I got there. Obviously I wasnt given that option. So after buying tickets, paying for parking, paying $8.50 a beer and having slow food service...I got my personal property tossed in the trash as a thank you.
