I played the middle and back nines at Pleasant Hill. Overall the staff was friendly as were the other golfers. I felt the course would challenge most average players and while still being playable by newer golfers. The course was in good shape and I only lost balls when I buried them in the woods. Greens were also in good shape, which leaves me to believe most golfers that play this course are responsible and fix their ball marks on the greens. If I lived closer, this would be my got to course for weekend golfing.

Im lucky to score under triple digits so I like this course because its wide open in most spots. It is a challenging course for folders of all levels and fairly well maintained. The 27-hole special is a great deal.

What a challenge! A lot of water hazards and unkempt rough growing into a good many fairways. We lost more balls that day than all of last season. We will play it again if only to manage some of that rough.
