The Park at Flat Rock is the best. We are not permanent residents, so we are not able to use it on a regular basis. However, when in Flat Rock, my husband and I enjoy walking the trail to get our morning walk. When the grandchildren are with us, they want to go to the playground. The 5-year-old switches between the ropes on the top part and the various things to do on the ground level. The almost 2-year-old walks a bit on the ropes, but prefers the slides and tunnel which he runs through yelling to hear the sound. Thanks to all who have contributed to The Park at Flat Rock. It benefits all ages.

Great playground fort for kids of all ages, although no swings, fyi. They say open "dusk to dawn" but the gates were closed before sunset the other day and there were still lots of people there playing/running/etc. - so we waited for someone to exit and drove in under gate. If they truly have a time they close, they need to post that; otherwise I will always help myself to the park one way or another, as long as the sun is up.

Great playground with some unique equipment. Our 4 year old loved the rock walls. The net at the top of the playground was cool too. The trail around the park was really nice. Also the bathrooms were AMAZINGLY clean. Either they are brand new or someone comes in to clean them right after everyone uses it. Seriously though, this is a really nice park.

Took my 2.5yr old and 4 yr old here a few times while in town for Christmas. Love the playground. Not your normal kind. A bit more agility stuff and fun ropes and climbing things. Great walking trails. Saw a hawk and the beehive while there. We flew kites and drove an RC truck around. A wonderful addition to Hendersonville

We took over for wedding, absolutely beautiful location and day. Plenty of space. Other patrons had picnic tables, trails were still in use and enjoyed the festivities.

Best playground around. Lots of creative and uncommon play areas. Good for picnics. Bathrooms are nearby and clean. The kids cant get enough of it.
