Its not all bad. The music was awesome, and the venue was clean. It is one of your nicer clubs to go to, however I have never in my life had such a negative experience in any place due to employees. We drove 30 minutes to get there. I walked in and bought my $8 drink, and went to go to the bathroom. I was stopped at the door by the bouncer and told that I couldnt take my drink with me due to underage drinking. I am not underage, and I was going in by myself. There was no one around me with Xs on their hands. I was told I needed to set it on a table in front of the bouncer and come back to it. I have been drugged before from doing that very thing, and I do not go anywhere without my drink in my hand. PERIOD! Most places the bouncers will even tell you to watch your drink and keep it on you at all times. And not only did I explain this to the bouncer, I was stopped by a man and told that I did the right thing because his friends have been drugged from that venue. To me, this is a cause for concern, and if underage drinking is such a problem, why dont you watch for the ones who do have Xs and their hands, and who they are with that is giving it to them or start making events 21 and up! Problem solved! Another issue I had was I was standing towards the back of the dance floor where an area had been shut off by ropes. I had a drunk guy that was dancing all over me and I was trying to get him off of me too, but he hit the rope. Not only did the bouncer shove him back into the crowd, but he also put his hands on me and shoved me too, when I wasnt the one causing an issue and was hardly even touching the rope. No bouncer should ever put his hands on a woman like that. In fact, no man should ever put his hands on a woman like that at all!! Bouncers are supposed to help and make you feel safe. I do not feel safe at this venue and do not appreciate how I was treated and am seriously debating on telling people not to go! This is not how you run a club. In fact, I have been to several through out my life and even had bouncers walk me to my car in order to keep me safe. And if these bouncers are just looking to fight, then they honestly do not need to be working in such a nice place. This bouncer should be fired immediately. I left it alone last night, and figured I would try to have a good night and brush it off my shoulders, that I would try to get in touch with someone today. Ive called, and no one is answering and I know that it is open tonight. This is truly not how you run any club business. I am seriously thinking of never going back even though they have some of the best DJs around. Its not worth it to have such a negative experience or to feel unsafe.

Going to Label is like ordering Chicken Tenders from a restaurant youve never been to before. You really dont *want* to, but theres really nothing else interesting and you cant just sit at home and so nothing. Basically, here is experience with Label: (1.) They entice you to come by actually having a real EDM producer show up once in awhile because if not only Fillmore would get the raver kids. (2.) If you show up sooner than 2.5 hours before the show is supposed to end, prepare to be bored as no one else is there and you cant dance like yourself without feeling awkward. (3.) The women who go to Label consist of 85% basic b*tches who dont want male attention, despite being single, but then kinda do later once they get some drinks in them and remember how much they miss Chad. (4.) The guys who go there are 80% creeps and weirdos, and are most likely are from some Eastern country whose town names you cant pronounce. They dress up a lot more preppy than a "pretend to be upscale" club like Label deserves, and spend most of their time walking around in circles until one finally finds a girl without any dignity left. Either that or get drunk to the point that they try to fight a guy for accidentally rubbing up against them. (5.) Label is best experienced mostly sober. Yes, really. The drinks cost a whole lunchs worth and being coherently minded allows you to fully take in the f**kery that is constantly happens in front of you. Its quality entertainment watching everyone pretend like theyre actually enjoying themselves. However, the audio setup is actually pretty decent, so its best you can stay as non-drunk as possible to fully enjoy the producers mix and the CO2 cannon that they constantly fire every 10 minutes or whenever someone complains about the Air Conditioning needing to be turned on. 3/5. Perfect for disappointing your girlfriend and never allowing you to choose where she goes ever again. But thats okay, because as soon as youre done with her Label will provide you a new slightly below average intelligence q-t-pie to take her to more shows and spend all your hard earned money with.

Been plenty of times and it is by and far my favorite venue in Charlotte. The bouncers are strict, yes, but as long as you understand the rules that they operate under they are swell folk. The atmosphere invites the collared shirt frat boys and the Kandi slinging ravers alike, and honestly by the end of the night everyone is mingling. The outdoor section has excellent seating/standing options and some nights have a DJ mixing outside alongside a bar. VIP is affordable and quite comfortable, but then again there isnt as much fun as the Pit invites. Ill say again, this place is my favorite venue in Charlotte. Sound quality is great, bars on both sides of the Pit add convenience, a luxurious outdoor area adds comfort, and extremely well maintained bathrooms add the creature comforts. And to all the chicks complaining about leaving your drink for the bathroom: Make a friend.

I was physically assaulted and punched in the face by their bouncers for absolutely NO reason. Me and my group of friends held our Christmas party here. We reserved 2 tables on the stage, bought $200 bottles of champagne and spent almost a grand total at Label. Toward the end of the night, I step outside to smoke and as soon as I get out the door, the bouncer says the patio is closed. Theres about 10 minutes left to 2am so I put out my cigarette and head back inside to regroup with my friends. The bouncer at the door wont let me back in, so I ask to see a manager. Of course that request is denied and they start to shove me out the door. As soon as I resisted at all, one of the bouncers put me in a chokehold and the other started upper cutting my face. I spent my hard earned money there, tipped their staff handsomely, and then was treated like garbage.

I went to Label in June 2015 for the first time to see Robbie Hardkiss. The event was promoted with the Label name but the staff at the door claimed theyve never heard of him. It was actually at the Ivory Lounge but that must have escaped the attention of the staff. The Ivory Lounge was visually appealing, clean, and the sound was excellent. The DJs performing on this night are world-class. If only the hipster bartender cared as much about his job as the djs... He served up the worst LIT after ignoring me at a near-empty bar. I took one sip and returned it to him. He seemed content with his failure as no questions were asked. Clubs and lounges like Mythos, Tonic, Tuttomundo, and Liquid Lounge set a standard for service that Label has yet to meet based on my experience and some of the other reviews on this page.
