As far as office staff goes no one has answers to any questions. Staff really isnt helpful. Everyone tells you something different. Theyre fine with the status quo and dont want to improve anything. Half of the actual park staff hasnt been trained and are experts at hiding and doing nothing. The staff rides around in their trucks more than anything, and are usually on break if you approach them about anything. Most parks are in disrepair unless you drive to wealthy white neighborhoods. Doesnt help that the top staff who run parks and rec dont live in Yonkers, so they dont care about how the parks look or function.
