On November 17th, 2012 I proposed to my girlfirend and used your company to provide a Limo from Long Island to the city and back. However, I have to write to you to tell you specifically how your company and driver PROVIDED SO MUCH MORE!!! In a business where there is a lot of competition your company stands out SO MUCH Better then the rest because of the following: 1) The prodcut – I have used and been in a bunch of limos….Your limos FAR surpassed everyones else. First, it was the cleanest limo I have ever seen. I could see the detail your company put in to making it classy (even the way the napkins were in the champagne glassess). Everything worked the way it was supposed to….the sound system was amazing, the fog machine (I never seen a fog machine in a limo before…very cool), the lighted floor and ceiling just amazing. However, what stands out is that unique Jet like Door that makes getting in and out just so cool. 2) Service – You let me drop things off to your office (balloons, snacks, liquor) and then you had it all set up in the limo with just perfect presentation. You knew I was suprrising my girlfriend (now fiance thanks to you : ) so you had the limo parked just perfectly, with special “jet door” already open, with my balloons set up just perfect to give my girlfriend the WOW moment. Did I mention it was your company who even gave me the adivce to get the “Diamond Ring Balloon” which was awesome advice because it gave us that extra WOW factor. 3) Safety and Driver - Wow again. John, was AWESOME. First off he was dressed so sharply, he was so nice. He made us feel safe. He was so proffesional. He was an excellent driver. Even at the end of the night it was just great to know no matter how “tipsy” we were and how many stops we had to make John was going to be there for us. I just can’t say thank you enough about your company and the expeirence and the value you gave me. Your Limo was so much more then just a ride from one place to another, it was an experience (and a party; ) all on its own. Thank you again!! As far as some of the other reviews on here that say they are poor - fair, i dont get it. The limos ( and i checked out like 5 of their limos before deciding on the chrysler 300) were all 2012, brand new, and everything worked GREAT on them. The AC was powerful, the sound system awsome, THERE WAS AN AMAZING LASER SHOW IN THE LIMO and fog machine was great)

I have never ever had a limo service treat my friends and me as horribly as your company has. We hired your limo company for my best friends bachelorette party and you literally almost ruined the night. What gets me the most, is that your driver wouldnt even take us to our hotel. We rented the limo for 5 hours. We were picked up at 4:30pm in Long Islsnd, driven to the city, and saw a show. Then upon coming out, we were told by the driver that he could not drive us to the hotel because it would put him over his time. Apparently you neglected to tell us in the multiple times that we spoke AND also left it out of our contract that the 5 hours includes the 1 hour it would take the driver to drive back to Long Island. So we were stuck having to get out of the limo at 8:30pm with our suitcases to catch taxis to our hotel! Because we were not going to pay your company a dollar more after we had already paid so much money for 5 hours when we didnt even get to use the limo for the last hour!!! Your driver wanted another $125 to drive us the 10-15 mins to our hotel. We had made arrangements based on our belief that we would have the limo for the full 5 hours and told you our itinerary AND that we were staying at a hotel in the city. WHY did you not tell us that the cost included that 1 hour drive back for for the driver or put it in our contract? That was not only horrible customer service but a horrible thing to do when this night was supposed to be a happy, fun celebration for my friend. I will share this on every social media outlet possible to make sure everyone is aware of your horrible customer service!!

Horrible attitudes horrible staff including the owner who states i spoke with her ; they bully their costumes - i wrote a bad review yesterday and 20 min later i received 45 calls/ text message and all - . for my prostate add on craigslist glad i found the add -before they deleted it and reported itto the police - thank god for technology and changed my number - ( its okay ) thanks bob or greg !!! real professional - its sad when a company rating are so bad that they ask there employees and people to write good review , they ruined these 23 kids prom - they wanted nothing to do with the party bus they wanted to come straight home - glad we paid for ten hrs when they only did 7 .. like the other review when they say RUN they are NOT joking - this company was a complete nightmare - cant wait to see the OWNER respond to her reviews Very Very Very unprofessional . ... c-mon prove me Right !!!! ROMANETIQUE LIMO SERVICE ALL THE WAY ... i had no business going elsewhere !!! Guess the Driver was write why would they care they make so much money !!! karma is all i have to say !!dont believe me just READ !!!

WORST LIMO EXPERIENCE EVER!! The driver picked us up, didnt open the door for us and it was snowing freezing cold. He had the doors locked and was just sitting inside the front seat of the Limo. The window panel in between the driver and the passengers was broken. Greg the man who answers the phone has no manners, he is extremely unprofessional on how he speaks to the clients and is not clear on payment at the time of pick up. NOT WORTH THE $ AT ALL!! Ive taken plenty of limousines and party busses in my day and I have never come across any limo service that was so rude and unprofessional. There are plenty of people out there in need of a job if they cant do it right then they need to hire professional people that will.

I have called several Limousine Companies across Long Island to find the perfect one for a day out in the Vineyards. My search ended with Goldstar Limousines. I called and spoke with Greg, a bit nervous as this was the first time for myself and my friends, he was "Great". Greg was very helpful and knowledgable. I had explained that I needed a full package deal which included the tastings and lunch. I was given a totally awesome price. The day arrived, not seeing any of his vehicles, a stretch escalade arrived, which was outstanding. Our driver Owen was awesome, no matter what we needed or asked for he was accomading. I would definitely recommend GOLD STAR LIMOUSINES.. .... THEY ARE AMAZING...

I will definitely use Gold Star Limo again. The price was fair, and it was a pure pleasure dealing with the owner of the company and the driver. Not to mention, the limo bus was beautiful! The driver was great. He went above and beyond his duties. I hired a limo bus for 5 hours for 19 teenage girls. The driver was in contact with me throughout the night letting me know all was well. As a parent, I really appreciate his concern for the girls. His personality was great. The girls said the driver was so much better than the driver they had last year with a different company. And the girls said the bus was so much nicer than the bus last year. Everyone was happy!!!
