This company ruined our New Years Eve. We travelled from Dubai to meet our family who would be travelling from the UK and booked an evening cruise with drinks and a DJ through a third party. We arrived earlier than the requested time at 8.45pm, boarding was 9pm and the boat was meant to leave at 10pm. Upon arrival there was a 200 yard queue of people waiting for boats to arrive. At 9.30pm the queue still had not moved so I went to the front of the queue to see what was going on and surprised to see there was no staff, there was a managers room and his door was locked. After rejoining my friends we tried to contact the tour operator on the number which was sent on the email via the third party without success. At 10pm a group of police officers walk past towards the front of the queue. After a few minutes, I decided to push again to the front of the queue to see what was going on. As I was walking in, the police officers where walking out of the managers office with a guy who shouted he was the manager to attract everyones attention. He apologised to everyone who was stood there and said that the company had over booked and only 30 people could get on the next boat. He blamed all the third parties for not informing him of the bookings, which I highly doubt as they would of knew weeks ago because there was hundreds of people outside plus my wife works in hospitality and everything in on a CRM booking system. The time was now 10.20pm and we could not find a single place to go as theyre fully booked with it being so late on New Years Eve. We spoke with the third party first thing in the morning and they informed us that once a booking is made the operator is informed immediately through an online booking system. With this being said not only did the operator destroy our trip to celebrate the new year coming in but lied to us and probably hundreds of others regarding the complete mess and terrible service this company provides. Take my advice and no one book anything with this company, it doesnt deserve your hard earned money!!!

Peor servicio imposible. No contrateis con esta compañia, mucho mejor montaros el viaje por vuestra cuenta. Donde se ha visto que una empresa turistica no tenga absolutamente a nadie que hable español? Cuando tienen toda latinoamerica tan cerca y hay tantos hispanos que les visitan. De la educacion mejor no hablar, todo son malas caras, malos gestos. Si no les gusta trabajar cara al publico no se que hacen trabajando en un sitio asi, claro que la mayor parte de la culpa la tendra la empresa que son la que contrata gente asi de maleducada a la que pagara una miseria antes que dejarse los cuartos y contratar personal amable motivado y que sepa ESPAÑOL. En España no se concibe una empresa turistica en la que no se hablen varios idiomas y sobre todo el ingles. Os llevamos años de adelanto en este tema, aprender algo que se os ve retrasados. Espero que mejoreis porque como empresa dais pena.

Fin opplevelse for førstegang og første dag i New York. Båtturen er kjekk da du får mye historie med på kjøpet, og du får ta bilde av frihetsgudinnen fra den perfekte vinkelen på havet. Da jeg var der var øya stengt, men jeg er usikker på om de stopper der eller ei til vanlig. Anbefaler båtturen. Bussturen er grei dersom man aldri har vært i New York før, mye sånn "der bor den kjendisen". Du får ikke så mye tid til å ta bilde av ting siden det er så tettpakket trafikk i New York. Du får den beste opplevelsen ved å rett og slett bare se deg rundt mens de kjører og høre på hva de sier. Når jeg tok denne turen var bussen så å si tom, noe som virket veldig uvanlig for et så populært tilbud, men det var en flott opplevelse da vi fikk en mer personlig guiding og mer snakk gjennom så å si hele turen.

Por el precio del servicio, y la cantidad de ofertas que le hacen a uno, el servicio parece bueno. Ahora, una vez comprado los bouchers, la gente te trata de una manera completamente diferente, no te ayuda ni te da indicaciones claras de lo que necesitas, ni hablar del trato que uno recibe. Así mismo, son muy ineficientes con respecto a la cantidad de buses por hora que transitan por la ciudad, ya que la mayor parte de ellos van llenos, por lo que hay que esperar con suerte que pasen 4 buses para poder tomar uno. Esto se vuelve un claro problema a la hora en la que uno vuelve del tour cerca del horario de cierre del mismo, ya que con una hora de anticipacion no basta, si no que el bus pasa hasta las 6 y al no haber lugar, no subes y ya no pasan mas, lo que irremediablemente se torna en un viaje en taxi, el cual cuesta bastante caro.

I wanted to share a poor experience with an employee of yours named Ellen Toro ( I am not sure if your employee was lying about his name). He proudly claims to be the friends with the owner! He is a Caucasian white male about 57" with glasses, pimples, and around the age of 19-25 (I have an image of said employee). During the night tour pickup on July 3rd 8:25 pm. He promised guests VIP status without actually selling the VIP lanyards and allowed to skip in front of the line at the 47street and 7th avenue pickup. When the bus arrived to allow in guests, the guest in line who have been waiting for some time raised their displeasure of having Ellen guests to skip ahead. Due to the dilemma your employee had created I had voiced to the other employees of Ellen being the source of the conflict. Your employee Ellen threateningly walks up to me and states that I have to "respect his authority." When my wife voiced her displeasure of the unprofessional behavior Ellen demonstrated. He turned towards her and began to berate her. This in turn forced me to ask for his name. He threatened to remove from the line. The guests that he promised VIP status by charging them an extra $10 were informed that since they dont have VIP they dont have the authority to enter the Bus ahead of other guests. When things became truly hectic and argumentative. Ellen (your representative) conveniently disappeared from the area. You are more than welcome to reach out to me and I am more than willing to come to your 47th and 8th Ave location to explain in person to fully explain.

Man sieht für sein Geld wirklich viel von "big apple" DAS Highlight und atemberaubend war die Schifffahrt zur Freiheitsstatue und an der skyline entlang. Zurück an nen Bus gings nur zu Fuß, gegen Aufpreis mit der Fähre oder am empfehlenswertesten mit nem Taxi. Die Übersetzungen im Bus sind schlecht und veraltet Es gibt noch externe Reiseführer an Bord, die z. T. sehr schnell sprechen. Wirklicher Nepp war eigentlich nur der Comedy Club, der zwar umsonst war. Allerdings würde man zu zwei Pflichtgetränken pro Person verpflichtet. (Coke und Bier $ 25). Die Gags waren auch sehr lau. Im Preis zu $ 79 waren 5 (!) Rundfahrten, die Ferrytour , der Eintritt in ein Museum und das Empire State Building enthalten. Leider sind die hop und hoff Haltestellen nicht gekennzeichnet

NYC visit December 18-21, 2016. There is a person selling tickets at every corner but not on every bus stop like was told to us. Majority of stops are not clearly marked. Sightseeing cruise location is misleading. Site location to redeem our online purchase could not answer questions about City Pass because they dont handle City Pass, but City Sightseeing website advertised it and it was part of the package purchased with City Hop on Hop off Pass. Don’t advertise items to purchase that you have no knowledge of or wouldn’t/couldn’t answer questions. Tried to get everyone in our party to purchase $25 extra per person to buy VIP passes but couldnt guarantee if buses were full we could still get on so we didnt see the point in purchasing the VIP. From the 72 hour tickets we paid for the first two tour guides were awesome. They answered questions, gave advice, and were entertaining. The others were not so good. One was very militant acting and treated paying passengers as children in school. The other ones acted like they dreaded having visitors but were quick enough to ask for tips for the driver and tour guide. Our last day we didnt have tour guides they were just recordings, and the recordings didnt match what we were looking at real time. This was my second visit to NYC and first time using this service. I liked not having to use the subway and taxis, but will look into a different company next time.
