The movie was great - I watched the Wolf of Wall Street. However, I left my Black Calvin Klein Hat in Cinema 7 and within matter of minutes that i found out my hat was missing I called the theatre and they told me they did not find it. What I find most disturbing is that there was no one else but myself and my niece sitting in that row and only one other person sitting behind us. We were sitting at the second to last row to the top and in the center. We were one of the lasts ones to leave too and on our way out there was the young lady (cleaning staff) waiting at the middle section. This was on January 2, 2014 when it was blistering cold on my birthday. I called several times and was given a lot of attitude including Yvette hanging up the phone. I first spoke to Princess and then tried talking to Yvette who hung up and then Richard who transfered me to Yvette and when I called after she hung up and asked for the manager he told me he was the general manager. After about my 6th called and my threat to call the police I was told by Richard that after the current movie ended they will look again - dah. I NEED back my hat. This is the second time I am leaving something there and never got it back i left my phone in the restroom and of course i did not pursue this because many people were in there. But I KNOW FOR SURE I LEFT MY HAT THERE.

Doubt I will ever step foot inside a movie theater again. AMC Lowes on 34th street on 11-22-2015; Arrived at the theater around 6:35 purchased tickets at 7:01pm for a 7:30pm show. Show was in theater 6, I sat in the 3rd row, 2nd seat to the left of the theater. Around 9:15pm my wrist and hands started to itch. Didnt think anything of it until I was waking out of the show at 10pm, looked down and saw bite marks around my wrist and hands. Showed them to an employee who informed someone name Shelly, who I was told by them both, was the manager. Shelley gave me an incident report to fill out then proceeded to tell me that she is trained in these type of things and that bites take 2 to 3 hours to show up or itch once the skin is no longer numb. She also stated that 2x per month, someone comes out to inspect the theater. Well I was in the theater for over three hours. She then offered me two alcohol wipes and said she would have someone else come out and inspect the theater. I was afraid to come home and bring whatever bite me home with so I drove around in a taxi, walked a little, exhausted and all. Then went home and steamed all of my clothing, still paranoid that I brought something home with me.

The main lobby is a disaster. Theres no real waiting area so people who are waiting to get upstairs to the theaters or waiting for other people to arrive just end up milling aimlessly about the lobby. This means that its difficult to tell where the lines for the box office, ticket machines and ticket taker begin and end, because theres just one big mass of people looking confused. The lines at the main concession stand are long, and move kinda slowly. The cafe is almost never open, dont bother asking about it. Womens bathrooms are always gross, but I think its more the fault of the clientele than the employees, since they send staff to clean it pretty regularly. Cant comment on the mens, but no one Ive gone with has ever complained, so maybe theirs is better. The theaters are usually clean, although Ive gone into a cleaned theater to find stuff still on the floors and in the cupholders. Personally, I prefer smaller theaters with fewer clientele, that seems to eliminate almost all of the prepend listed above. This one is conveniently located though, and has a good selection of movies. Go during the middle of a weekday when no one is around.

My experience was TERRIBLE...I would put no stars but had too put one to be able to write this.....I attended this theater in plans of meeting my sister and her family for a movie.At 3:55pm I bought tickets for 4pm show time, while heading to the escalator to meet my sister and the family we was told by security we cant go up on till half hour before the movie so I went back to the cashier named Dave to ask why he said its policy and I explained that my sister and her family got access to up stairs more than a hour ahead why I cant meet my family upstairs cause they got access he replied with an attitude its policy and I have to wait, so I ask for a refund so my sister came down asking whats the problem and the manager was asked for and after going back and forth with the Manger Wolfredo he finally he said he is breaking policy to let me and my nieces upstairs 45mins before the movie starts to meet my sister and the family after having to swipe my card again....THIS WAS LITERALLY THE WORST DAY EVER COMING TO THIS THEATER AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE UNLESS YOU WAN TO HAVE A HEADACHE!.....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Its been awhile since weve been to the movies. At first I had a bad experience, when the young lady gave us tickets to a movie that had already started when we asked for the the next showing. After noticing the movie tickets were wrong we went back to her for the correct movie time. When she said it was sold out, we were upset about this we starsd talking to each other and she said it would take up to 3-5 business days to receive the money back. So then we decided to try another showing and she said we would be charged again. This made us very upset since we were already charged once and we began to walk away feeling very sad and fed up not wanting to come back upon leaving the we went to the usher in front for management. When Sandra arrived we explained that the young lady was talking and not paying attention to detail and rushed us out. After explaining the ins and outs of the system Sandra saw our angst she took us to another floor and issued us new tickets for the showing we wanted. Becaus of her great customer service she turd a bad night into a great couples night watching Lucy great movie thank you Sandra

Great experience every time i come to this location!! Been going for years but this particular case the day before yesterday.. WOW!! Just, all around great people working here!! Keep it up!! I accidently forgot to present my AMC Stubs Card and get my Tuesday discount tickets. I was directed to Customer Service and didnt mind since i felt it was my fault and i had an hour to kill before the movie. He not only went back down and discounted my tickets, but credited me for the discount as well, AND i was presented with 2 free tickets to a future showing "for the inconvenience" I had no complaints beforehand since like i said i felt it was my fault but this was absolute great service!! Handled very well!! Wish i got his name.. Meanwhile, Zuu working at the concession stand was super great and well mannered, professional, yet still himself which was cool to see. Took care of us with the utmost care.. had me and my friend laughing and smiling the entire time.. AMAZING!! Im proud to be a Stubs member and will continue to come to AMC!! :)
