A piece of HEAVEN within a busy crowded area of Battery Park City. I love this theater. Its about 3 Flights up and parallel to baseball field in view, and super friendly staff. I had went to see "The Amazing Spiderman 2" and was very comfy in my seats and the temperature of the theater. The escalators are a bit much to go up, but I think it adds to the uniqueness and experience of going to the movies there. It so recommend going, and afterwards go for a walking tour by near by park, awesome, and boat dock in which is parallel to New Jersey and in the distance, The Statue of Liberty. It was truly a fun experience. I hopefully plan of taking a date next time to show off the fun and cool vibe of this theater. Live Life Unscripted.

The best movie-going experience Ive ever had! We usually go to the AMC Loews on 34th Street but on a whim, I thought Id try this theater. I will never go to another theater again. Let me just start by saying that the signage leading up to the theater is very subtle so we werent sure we were headed the right way until we got to the Cinema lobby (on the second floor, I think). We did the automatic kiosk, which was very quick and easy. We found our way to auditorium 7 and were astounded by the cushy leather seats and drink trays--and then we realized they reclined! We couldnt believe our luck and just sat there grinning at each other, totally amazed! What a great part of town, too. Lots of food options for after the movies.

This theater is just like any other Regal Theater but what makes it really great are the food spots that are nearby the theater and the duane reade not too far away. Its right next to a beautiful attraction by the park which is calm and romantic and a fancy hotel downstairs with an amazing bathroom if you want to escape the gross theater bathrooms. What makes theater itself not so great is the ticket booth staff who pretty much sit on their asses and give everyone attitude, and dont even get me started on the REGAL CARD because it really doesnt matter how many points you collect, 400 or 500 something YOU ARE NEVER GETTING THAT FREE TICKET. EVER.

Disappointment all over, but I will only state the (absurd) facts. I arrived 10 minutes before my movie. Since I had already reserved my seat, I adventured to the concession stand for a $5.00 bottle of water. Line seemed short. 2 vendors for 4 buyers ahead of me. It took them 20 minutes to get to me. Once done, I showed my phone to the usher with the bar code to my purchased ticket. I was asked to do a bag-check. Fine. They found some nutrition bars (about $50 worth) that I had bought for my gym-routines. They told me I could not walk in with them, and therefore I needed to "get rid of them". I refused; asked for a refund; left.

I usually enjoy this theater but I showed up at 10:30am for an 11:30 movie to get a ticket with a premiere movie ticket pass, which can only be used at the box office, and nobody was there. Multiple employees came in and went into the theater area and I asked them when the box office opened and none of them knew. One guy said "11 or 11:15 - whenever someone shows up". Meanwhile people are buying reserved seats online when I cant get a seat when Im AT the theater. The box office opening 30 minutes before the film is ridiculous and SOMEONE shouldve been able to give me more info. The pass I got actually hindered me.

Of all of the movie theaters in NYC, this one would have to be my favorite. It is often not crowded, as it is kind of off of the beaten path...even if you want to see a movie that has just been released! The staff is nice, and everything is really clean. Another awesome plus- it is in some swanky hotel, whose lobby you get to catch a glimpse of upon entering. If you feel like a drink after the movie, I highly recommend making your way to the comfy couches in the hotel lobby...the bar will deliver drinks to you, and you can relax in the casual comfort of the modern space as you enjoy your beverages.

This experience started off horrible and ended amazingly. We sat in a queue for tickets for about 20 minutes because only one guy was working behind the ticket counter. Then, in the concessions stand, the staff didnt seem too interested in working quickly, so we spent another 20 minutes there while we got some drinks. Then it all took a u-turn. Upon getting into the cinema, the seats are huge, they recline, there are little tables that you can move in front of you too. The screen, which was just a regular 2D screen was huge and crystal clear. The sound was great too.

Like this location because it is not so crowded and feels clean. Sure, once and awhile one has to tell them to regulate heat and volume in the theater but otherwise nice! Popcorn and drinks are expensive (as on every place else) but the rewards program is at least free! About something else, both AMC and Regal has a problem with their popcorn, as one sometimes gets a really really really nasty portion where they all the sudden starts to taste like really horrible mold cheese. Have jet to experience it at this location.

Loved it, the city needed this so bad. I love watching movies and most of the theaters are so in need for an upgrade. This one is amazing, recliner leather seats, tray table to put your food and drink on. Super luxurious. So glad they did this. In these times where most people stream things online rather than go to the theatre and pay money. Im glad someone is doing the right thing by offering upgraded experience. Wishing Regal the best in business. May you flourish so people like me have an amazing place to go to.

Even as pricey as movie tickets are, you feel as though you get your moneys worth with this theater. Leather seats, moveable armrests, and really not a bad seat in the house when it comes to watching a movie. On the way up to the theater, you can pass through the lobby of the Conrad Hotel if you take the stairs (well worth it for the sight of it). You can bypass the lobby altogether (but you should really give it a gander) by taking the elevator or escalator up several flights.

This is potentially my favorite theater in the city. Its a little hard to get to, and theres very little to do after but its almost always empty and very clean. The prices are higher then average so its not a full 5 but if youre looking to see a movie this is a good place to do it. They have a good mix of new releases and sometimes play movies long after other theaters stop. The area around it is also breathtaking, especially if you linger in the hotel lobby before or after.
