I had my wedding here! It was AMAZING! Larry was great to work with. We had the whole museum from 5 pm to 2 AM with tour guides and security and it was a BLAST! Larry worked with all of our vendors very well, the airplanes and the museum were open for all the guests who LOVED them. Our pictures look fantastic. Im so happy with everything that happened. I wanted pinatas and Larry put them up for us to use. We took pictures ahead of time and the tour guides showed us and our guests around. Great place to have a wedding.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! Very inexpensive to enter and the airplanes and weapons are all authentic. There are many cockpits and airplanes to actually go inside! The best part is the amazing people that give personalized tours. Bob Miller is now my personal favorite veteran of all time. Please visit this place.

thanks to Bob for the flight simulation experience (Happy Birthday!). Coming from Dayton, Ohio, with its USAF Museum, I have high standards for aviation museums, and the American Airpower Museum is one of the most heartfelt and engaging places Ive been. Ill be back to see those beautiful birds fly!

Snacks available for purchase. Rugged museum, with a lot of fun exhibits for adults and children! Favorite part was the B-17 cockpit. The models and small displays were really cool. Lots of authentic pictures of old GIs and old uniforms. The Tuskegee Airman exhibit was done really well too.

Really like my visit to this place. Theyve maintained it well and it really gives you an insight into the evolution of airplane and the airforce strategies all the way from World War 1 to the more recent desert storm operation. Great place to learn about airplanes and see the models.

Amazing. I have been here countless times and being the only history buff in my family (living in us) they get pretty annoyed when I say we should go there, but they always have a good time. It is overall my third favorite muesamn and my first in the USA. It is overall amazing

We got a groupon for this museum and got in for $4.00 each. My kids and my 65 year old dad loved the exhibts. It was educational and fun. It was a great outing for a cold raining day. Plan to eat before or after as there is no food for purchase.

Amazing volunteer tour guides share their knowledge and experience. On slow days theyll even take the kiddies outside to see the big plans up close! Take the kids and the grandparents so theyll share their memories of wartimes.

With just a bit more funding this place would be 5 stars. For its size, one of the coolest places on LI. Hidden gem. Great history. Good for kids.

Good for what it is, I wish it was more. Volunteers working that day were less than knowledgeable and not too bright. A little sad
